They have many years of experience and i like the kind of payments available. To be honest, before getting the GSMLiberty.net service, i tried two others ways to unlock mi phone (Apple iPhone 4 locked to AT&T) and didn't work! But GSMLiberty left me completely satisfied! Five Stars!!

I recently unlocked a Galaxy S4 from Claro Argentina to use in Chile, I bought the unlock code and the page says "30 to 43 minutes to send the unlock code" well.. it took 4 hours, but the code works fine.

Tried using some other unlock site before for few of my phones (S, S2...). But they cannot unlock my new Bell S4.
I try gsmliberty, a bit $$$ (gsmliberty charge $31, when others is about $10-20 for unlock code only), i placed order at 5pm and received full list of code (network,provider, subprovider, defreeze) at 8am next morning.
Will use them unlock my other 3 set of S4 too.

I ordered my code at 8:27 pm and received a confirmation that my code was ready at 8:43 pm by 9 pm my phone was unlocked! I had just broken my phone and was told I would have to pay full price for a new one for $300 + or cancel my contract and pay the fees of $200. Instead I got a code in about 15 minutes for $30 from Gsmliberty and can now use my old phone from my previous provider. It was definitely worth it! Thanks Gsmliberty!

These guy's unlocked my brand new HTC phone really very quick. I tried several other companies online but these are the only one come with working unlock code.

I too was skeptical about unlocking online, but GSMliberty did as they stated they could. Responded to chat online in a timely fashion and unlocked my iPhone 5 within the time they specified. A little bit late but DONE. Must be 1 days, but code came at second days. My Galaxy S4 from AT&T finally UNLOCKED.

Nobody could find the code for my note 3 and they did. It required to search an additional database (25$) but now my phone is ready to go to Europe , lol

Always worried about phone unlock companies and their unlocking claims but Gsmliberty did exactly what they claimed and provided a working unlock code in a reasonable time where others had failed. Give them a try it worked for me.

I bought the unlock code for a friend that has an AT&T Fusion 2 Phone and wanted to use his T-Mobile sim in that phone. It worked flawlessly!

This is the 2nd phone I've unlocked via GSMLiberty and it will be my preferred company for this function.

And if you had trouble, you didn't follow something right. No need to get all twisted because GSM Liberty has the best Customer Support going!!

For over a week I have been trying to unlock my phone. Received an unlock code from Gsm liberty and it doesn't work. Emailed for another code but still waiting. Very disappointed and now I am out of pocket. Lesson learned not to trust services provided on the internet. Paid by PayPal so will put in claim for money back.

The site advertised the delivery of my Samsung Galaxy S4 code within 30-60 minutes.
I purchased the code from a foreign country (reason i needed it unlocked).

30 minutes later i get an email saying my payment had to be verified/approved manually. I guess my Paypal is registered in a different country than where i made the payment from so that raised a couple of flags for them. I go on the chat, and pretty much instantly talk to a representative. He fixed my payment issue and tells me it should take an hour for my code.

4 hours later... no unlock code yet. I get on the chat (again fast response) were I'm told to wait and my order has been passed to the senior team and would be dealt with manually. Im told to keep waiting.

5 hours later i get my code and it works.

So... 30-60... yeah... right... be prepared to wait. To their credit the code worked on my S4 and their customer service was good.

Had a few codes from gsmliberty. All came in super fast times and successful in first attempt. Never let me down. A++++++ service in my book

I looked around online for unlocking my phone so that I can get cheaper roam rate, I found bunch of free sites that said they will give me the unlock code in 2-3 weeks. I found GSMLiberty and they only asked for $12 and that they would send me the code right away. I made the payment at 11PM and waited until 12 AM (Of course, no one would be working at that time). I got the unlock code through email by 8AM! The code worked and my phone accepts sim card from different service providers now. All good and well.

I am with Fido in Canada. Just unlocked the Galaxy S5.

Initially received a good service which got progressively worse. The £25 service failed to yield any codes so I paid an additional fee of £15 for the premium unlock code service. 10 days later I received two possible codes for my handset. Both codes failed. In spite of following their rules for refund (IMEI, codes, carrier, video etc.) I submitted a support ticket and answered all their requests to provide data they already had, and asked to wait whilst they check the code server again. I am still waiting for my money back - 5 weeks later. So much for the 100% money back guarantee... Avoid.

This was my probably more then 10 times that I used this service, never had any problem. they delivered fast ond as promised
and when it did they refunded my money with no hassle because they could not supply the code.
