Awful service

Awful service, terrible customer service I am now going though the financial ombudsman as I ordered three items over 2 months ago which did not arrive I immediately contacted them they raised a claim with rm and are still telling my that these item may still arrive so therefore will not issue a refund. I will NEVER use this company again

Dreadful experience of purchasing a…

Dreadful experience of purchasing a faulty coat recommended by Horse and Hound. I’d never use this company again. Any idea how I can take the matter further? I’ve still got the faulty coat as they require return before replacement. Having gone through this before I know the wait is lengthy and I need the coat. I’ve tried calling and emailing but they just robotically recite the company policy.

Not Good..........

Having exactly the same experience as the review by 'customer 1'. Ordered a couple of items for Christmas on 4th Dec, after a number of days with no update, chased up the order, then received a dispatch notification and a Royal Mail tracking number. A week later after chasing them again and the tracking showing as Royal Mail still awaiting parcel, chased again to be told they will chase up with RM and to allow 3-5 days. Well surprise, still no show? Maybe, luckily I paid using a payment app so have raised a dispute via them to try and get resolved. Would not recommend!!

Run by incompetent lying 🤥...
Ordered a pair of rigger boots that are "in stock" after waiting over a week rang the company to be told its being dispatched on the day, received email stating royal mail had the parcel. Now we are a week in to the item being dispatched still no show? Royal mail are awaiting the item so Gsequestrian must of created a label just to stop me chasing an update. Never dealing with this company again. Could of ordered elsewhere with quicker delivery times.

Stressful. Don't shop with GS equestrian!

So glad to see other people have had the same experience as me.
Dreadful company doesn't seem to know or care about what they're doing. Spoke to someone on the phone from customer services as they'd sent out the wrong colour dog bed cover. He didn't speak great English, wasn't helpful, all I keep getting from them is send pictures of the one i received and a picture of the one I'd ordered. (Which mysteriously was no longer on there web site), but fortunately the same ad was still on Google with the colour I'd ordered.
Would never order from here again, I suspect this place has been bought by someone else and isn't owned or run by the original owners.

No quibble return despite being outside of return period!

I ordered various rugs for my horses about 6 weeks ago, they arrived in good time but I did not use them straight away. Last week I eventually got around to getting them out and I had ordered two in the wrong size. I tried to call and it did ring off on a couple of occasions so decided to email and this was picked up immediately. They offered an exchange on both rugs despite them being outside of their return period, and one was not in stock in the size I needed, and they have refunded without my asking. I have personally found this to be excellent customer service and will certainly continue to shop here. I am surprised to see some negative reviews. I have had good experiences each time I have used this company, but this is the first time I have needed to return anything and they would have been within their rights to say no. Old school customer service and I will be back!

Awful

Awful. Two orders not delivered from over 4 weeks ago. Only when I raised a dispute with the credit card did they contact me. The guy (who advised me that he is in charge of the company, explains a lot) didn’t seem to be able to string a sentence together and was incredibly rude, still no order or a refund!!! Avoid

bad delivery

The prices are great. But I ordered well over a week ago. No sign of my parcel. Messaged them on Facebook no reply to my message twice just and automatic message back saying they’d get back to me. I’ve ordered a few times and the delivery gets worse each time. No more money from me.

Avoid..

I bought a rolled leather dog collar & training lead off this company, the lead was faulty & the stitching coming undone. I sent it back two days after finally receiving, the 20th of July. It's now the 11th of August & I'm still waiting for a replacement despite sending several emails & the promise from them, that a lead was on the way..
Terrible company, slow despatch & even slower if their goods are faulty.. 😡

Customer service 5 star

Customer services could not have done more I would def choose to go back to them again. It’s not how you r when thingS go well it’s how good you r when there is an issue. Well done GS

Do not trust this company terrible…

Do not trust this company terrible service I bought a summer sheet for my horse and it was too small i sent it back the day after it arrived and they told me i could not return it as i tried it on my horse ! how else do you tell if it fits? and it was in perfect condition but they posted it back to me and refused to refund!!!

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, the worst I have ever had ANYWHERE, after 4 days of hearing nothing, I got in touch with them to be told they would be dispatched in a couple of days. Another 3 days later and still no goods and no update. I won't be buying from this company again ,- no customer updates and a wait of over 10 days to dispatch goods is not acceptable. (It still hadn't been dispatched after 2 weeks when I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere )Terrible customer service. Would never use them again!

Useless company

Useless company. Bought Hunter Balmoral Boots via GS website without realising they are not an approved Hunter Boot supplier. Because of this Hunter refused to honour their 2 year warranty when trying to claim for peeling and cracking issues. After wasting over a month in getting an answer from Hunter I contacted GS for help and because i was now 3 weeks outside the 2 year warranty GS refused to assist. Won't ever buy from GS again or Hunter as their boots are poor quality and dont last even when rarely used.

Absolute shower of incompetents

Absolute shower of incompetents. I ordered a pair of wellingtons which were sent to the wrong address. I asked that they should be sent to the correct address once they had been returned. I've just received an email saying that they'd been refunded despite my request. Useless customer services - that dont appear to be joined up in any way to the operations or website of this company. I think it must be subcontracted. Contacting via their livechat doesn't work, despite promising answers within 24 hours - i'm still waiting after 9 days. I've had 14 emails from them - all automated - none of them relevant to the issue at hand..

Absolutely shocking communication - 4 weeks and still no order, not postal service issue - never left warehouse yet

Absolutely shocking service, the worst I have ever had ANYWHERE, placed an order on the 23 November and after chasing AGAIN today AM for the 3rd 4th time to be told goods are in warehouse and being picked, after chasing PM to be told Boots not available AGAIN till next week so as a gesture of good will remaining items will be sent asap. Asap being should of been sent today like I was told for the 3rd time, absolutely shocking service, no communications what so ever. Waiting a reply email now to find out what asap means for regarding items being sent out, and as it’s 5:15 and they are off line now take it I won’t be getting a reply tonight. I had a order delivered from Italy quicker. More reviews to follow next week until this is resolved as this is absolutely shocking service.

Update 12/12/22 chased again this morning, got an email with tracking number and top to check for update. Email says standard delivery yet email says requested 24hour delivery. Emailed GS 9:20am regarding boots missing from order and if I should chase them as usual or will they contact me. 16:10pm now so I take it the communication hasn’t got any better and don’t care so I’ll be chasing. Apparently goods out for delivery…….. we’ll see. As previous none existent communication and appalling service. Further updates tomorrow to follow.

Fab boots

Ordered some boots in the hope they'd come for when I needed them.. and they did even with the mail strike so super happy! And cheaper than everywhere else for my item :) Thank you so much.
