Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I’m very impressed with the therapist…
I’m very impressed with the therapist and the ai tools provided. The therapist is knowledgeable, professional and kind. The ai tools are very helpful.
Five stars!
Dr. Wunmi Sokan is phenomenal. I used to shy away from therapy and I sure am glad I changed my mind. In just the short amount of time I have been seeing her, it has been life changing. My family notices the changes as well. Thank you Grow Therapy and thank you Dr. Wunmi Sokan!
It's easy to use,great provider
It's easy to use, has very few glitches or online issues loading on the website. I've only had one or two instances where I had to abort the video session and do the session over the phone. The provider I found I'm so happy with, and can't believe I found someone that's such a great fit for me. If I need something it's easy to make my request known. Overall the website has been smooth, like I said except the few times I had to switch to phone.
Day one with Grow therapy
so far it has been easy to obtain the therapy and my experience has been smooth
I love my therapist
I love my therapist He has help me so much in such a little time ‼️
Some very good; some very bad
I have had 3 therapists and I have had appointments with 3 prescribers. Services on this site are inconsistent. I have had 1 absolutely terrible therapist (Michael Shaw) and one who is just wonderful (Deanne O'Brien). My last medication management person (Anton Dragoneti) seemed to be on drugs himself. The next, called the police for a welfare check on me after I refused to listen to her dribble during our first session--Sarah Mundy-Russell! I will be filing a complaint about her with the state. So, Grow has some very good people and some very bad. Meanwhile, they have a good selection and it's easy to confirm insurance, book and communicate.

I feel very very comfortable talking with Bradly.
I feel very comfortable talking with Bradley. Even if he thinks I am odd. He talks with me about situations that I raised and gives me feedback on the different routes I could take. So, far I have taken 2 of the suggestions we talked about, and it makes me feel better that at least I am trying what I have been putting off so long.

I'm sure she can help me, this was our first session.
She listened, offered great advice, made me feel heard and worthy of solving my drink problem.
Really great experience!
Really great experience! Anthony is warm, engaging, knowledgable. I met him for my own care and for my teenage daughter, and he is really skilled at engaging different personalities and meeting them where they are.

Great experience with William Opoku as always.
Yeah for quickly getting me to see somebody instead of waiting weeks through my insurance
Our therapist, Michele was amazing even though we only spent a short amount of time with her, to get us through a hard little roadblock in my teenage daughter‘s life. I am grateful knowing that she was there. It was so awesome to be able to connect with a counselor so quickly. It had taken me weeks to try to figure it out through my insurance, so I was about to give up. I saw an ad for growth therapy and tried it out and was connected within a week. I’m very glad to know too that she will always be there for us when we need her.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Highly Recommend Marni**
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Highly Recommend Marni**
My wife and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Marni. From our very first session, it was clear that she genuinely cared about us, not just as clients, but as a family.
What stood out most was her ability to remember the details of our lives. She remembered previous conversations, our challenges, our progress, our children, and the unique dynamics of our family. We never felt like we were starting over at each session. Marni took the time to truly know us, and that made her guidance feel personal, relevant, and impactful.
Marni kept it real. She was honest, direct, and fair, holding both of us accountable without taking sides. She challenged us when needed, encouraged us when we were making progress, and never allowed us to stay stuck in unhealthy patterns. At the same time, she was compassionate and respectful, creating a space where difficult conversations could happen productively.
What I appreciated most was that she did not just identify problems. She provided practical solutions, tools, and strategies that we could apply in our daily lives. Every session left us with something actionable and valuable.
If you are looking for a marriage therapist who is attentive, invested, solution oriented, and genuinely committed to helping couples and families succeed, I wholeheartedly recommend Marni. Her ability to remember the details that matter, hold people accountable, and provide meaningful guidance made a tremendous difference in our marriage and family.
Thank you, Marni, for helping us grow stronger together and for caring enough to truly know our story. Your impact on our family has been invaluable. ❤️

Dr. G is just awesome, it's a no pressure experience and just doesn't want to prescribe stuff unless it's really needed and I like that a lot. Overall Dr G has a good heart and would recommend her to everyone if I could.
