I live in York and was advised by our battery guy here to go to Groves for a lithium battery for our next campervan conversion - very generous advice from him because he passed over a sale but said these are the go-to guys for lithium. And he's right. Very helpful advice, prompt and the essential follow up advice. In the complicated and expensive world of batteries this is exactly what you need. Bought what appears to be an excellent battery (only had couple of days!), fits where it's supposed to and for a very good price. Could not recommend Groves highly enough.

Left my lights on .. killed the old battery.
Ordered new battery on the Fri , arrived on the Tues.
Never had a battery delivered before , but very well packed, arrived in perfect condition.

Just what you want! Give them your car model. They have a battery in stock and you go down and get it! They will offer to fit if you want. I am a petrol head so no need I just collected it bunged it in in the car park.

Most owners will notice a no start during the winter months! just charge the battery up if you can drive over to Groves and get them to fit it. Else you might get your neighbour to jump start your car.... Drive over to Groves and again get them to fit it.

I had an issue with my Campervan battery (even though vehicle was relatively new) so I took it to Groves Batteries. They were so helpful and sorted the issue. They also explained the cause and what to bear in mind going forward with the van battery and also the leisure battery. Delighted to have such a great business local to me, highly recommended. Went in with a picture of my dead battery - they worked out the best replacement, giving me a couple of options and a recommendation. They even offered to reset the car’s computer to recognise the new battery. The price was as good as I could have got online, so i’m very happy.
