Before Christmas around November I bought in two leaf blowers one for Repair and one needed looking at maybe a service. after three weeks they got back to me and said scrap them both. They’re no good. I had to drive a long way because FR Jones no longer operate and they were my go to company, so I went back in to collect my defunct machines and bought a new one. on returning home I checked one of the machines and after 30 seconds it started no problem. The machine they said to scrap. I just don’t get it, if a machine works then it works. I’m a small Business and I can’t afford to scrap machines that are just old. I’d be on the scrapheap if that was the case, I also found them slightly rude, specially the older fella I’m guessing hes not for the scrapheap yet. Maybe he just needs a good service? not what you get from this company.

I have used them a number of times and have always found the staff to be unpleasant, curt and unhelpful. The reason that I have used them is because they are local. Yes they will do the work, but don't expect good customer service or a pleasant experience when you deal with them, as the staff are simply miserable and rude. I don't know what their problem is, but why they are in business of customer service, when it seems like they resent every call they get is beyond me. Rude people.

Ordered a Husqvarna automower which was expertly fitted by Ian from Groundserv. He spent time explaining how to run it and repaired the boundary wire for me when it was dug up by pests. An excellent and friendly service provided by well trained staff.
