This product is amazing, not only is it easy to apply it works! I use it on myself and two children.

Being in the menopause I had been taking magnesium tablets but they are huge and just another tablet to take. When I found the Groundi magnesium spray it was perfect as I can just spray it onto my feet at bed time! 1 less tablet to take 1 better nights sleep!
