They don't list negative reviews on their product web site. I left three reviews for three products, and only the 5 stars showed up. The one star, which simply said "the product doesn't work for me" with nothing inflammatory or untrue, did not get published. This explains why EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT they sell has 4 or 5 star ratings. This is deceptive and dishonorable.

Great products
Great products, fast delivery. The only critique would be that I wish the “best scent ever” body wash was a little bigger than the shampoo and conditioner bottles because I use body was daily and the others about twice a week. I’m assuming I’ll run out of the body wash well before the other products. Other than that love the smell and quality of all the products.
