Ordered 5 pack of maxi poster frames, unfortunately they arrived destroyed (most likely by the delivery firm), but we're quick to help and refund, hopefully the next experience is better

Most of my order was fine it was all there. But the 5 posters I ordered were all packaged together in one tube which is awkward on its own. However I had brought some of them to wrap up as gifts which I now I can't do, and there's nothing on the listing for these posters to say they are sent all together.

I bought a t shirt that was advertised as xxl and there were measurements also I bought the t shirt based on the measurements they were wrong so I've got a t shirt way to big for me... grindstore have reached out and offered a full refund or alternative so excellent customer service oh and a free send back item procedure so thank you...
