Decaf
Grind coffee is not new to me and I love it so I ordered the decaf. I haven’t opened it yet but the packaging was great and it was secure. The coffee bag came here in one piece

Good coffee and cans.
I am not a coffee connoisseur and always drink cappuccino with plenty of sugar. Saying that, today I made myself a latte without any sugar, and for the first time I was able to drink it. The cans are of surprisingly good quality, with lovely details.
The package was delivered on time and with care.

The instant grind coffee was…
The instant grind coffee was disappointing. Personally I thought it had no body, and lacked flavour. Kenco millicano is far superior.

Having checked the order, we can see that the selection placed was Dark, Dark and Extra Dark pods, rather than a mix containing Decaf. That said, we'd be more than happy to take another look and make sure everything is as expected.

Grind House versus Light Blend 😂
I have using Grind coffee in ground and pods for a couple of years (house blend) and thought for I would try your light blend. I absolutely love this blend might consider changing to for the pods

You no longer have a phone line
You no longer have a phone line, or more accurately you do not answer it anymore, which is a backward step having spoken to helpful people before when things went wrong with the on line ordering.

Minor glitsch
I have a Grind Nespresso machine.
It stopped working for a few days. I unplugged it and didn't use it for a week. It now works again.
I did contact customer support who were slow to react.

Site is easy to navigate and discount code meant a good saving. The coffee pods are great, being compostable, and the coffee itself is excellent.

Prompt delivery of delicious coffee
As usual the order arrived promptly and undamaged. I’m really happy that Grind use Royal Mail Parcel Force for their deliveries, as they are so reliable. It goes without saying (but I will) the coffee is utterly delicious. Besides using the ground coffee I’ve also started using the instant coffee and this has gone down well with family and friends. Unfortunately I personally can’t afford to always serve them with the ground coffee and the instant coffee is just as smooth and delicious as the ground coffee and I have started having the decaf instant coffee in the evening. I have to say that I’ve found the instant coffee is far more enjoyable to drink than any other instant coffee I have tried. Several family members and friends have now asked for tins of the instant coffee as gifts.
