I didn't get the download right away, but after I called they called me right back and resent the download. The only downside with the program is they don't give you very many backgrounds with your purchase, you have to get more separately. A previous green screen program I had came with hundreds of backgrounds and was actually a little cheaper, but when I changed computers to windows 10 and it wouldn't work, that company told me I would just have to buy a new one even thought it was supposed to work with windows 10, so I refuse to buy from that company. So, other than having to have the program resent and very limited backgrounds, the program is extremely easy to use and gives you good results. I do recommend.

I love this software. I been having a lot of fun with it. I take my own kid's pictures and this software is awesome for changing the backgrounds. I would definitely recommend this software. I am glad I purchased it. And it is simple to use.

I am a new user, so these are my first impressions. This is a great tool for extracting images, however, photoshop's "select and mask" does an equal or better job. I am a longtime user of FX Photokey and am used to loading a bunch of images in at once and having the ability to output everything at once with the same settings. With GSW ya gotta load 'em one at a time and output one at a time, which is pretty frustrating and a real time-waster if you have many images process in a short time. This tool appears to be better at masking out the green in clothing and such, much easier than FX, in which you have to go through the painstaking process of point and clicking all around the area--very time-consuming!!!
GSW has a MUCH better shadow tool than FX, which is, frankly, quite laughable, however, NONE of the green screen programs out there can render a totally realistic full-length subject due to the "paper-cutout" look of the shadow (real shadows fall off, becoming more diffuse the further away from the subject). This one comes close, but it's still a blunt tool.

I bought this software for my event photography, so I have yet to try it for that. Again, first-time user, so my opinions are subject to change the longer I use the program.

I am sticking with it because, unlike FX, that charges you a couple hundred bucks with each and every upgrade, GSW comes with lifetime updates. NEAT! Also, unlike FX, which is off-shore based (you have to wait 24 hours to get a reply--e-mail only), GSW support is manned by the man--Ken Colby. You get his e-mail and phone number and can reach him pretty much any time.

Fairly easy software to understand and work with. I would recommend to buy this software. You will have a lot of fun with it.

Green Screen Wizard is a nice program, wished it supported a few more formats. When you get it, you have a little bit of a learning curve when using green screen. Their knowledge videos help, but removing green spill is more difficult than it appears. It will takes time to make pictures perfect.

My recommendations, take several green screen images that are good and bad. Then work hard making the bad photos look good, that will give you experience using the program.

We all want things to be easy, but more so we want them right. Learning to fix poor images will make fixing easy images, in the field, even easier.

everything worked as expected. I already had 8.1 before. I had accidentally purchased the version without editor so it was very easy to upgrade to the version with the editor.

Works like a charm on just about everything I tried it on. I am having a little problem with green numbers on uniforms or green jerseys. I know the easy solution would be to set up a blue screen also but two setups would be time consuming. There are controls to replace extracted green but I can't seem to master them. All in all I am very happy with this product. I would give it a thumbs up.

Great software with alot of cool features. It does freeze up sometimes but overall, very happy.

It's on my mac and I have to sign out to start a new photo. Is this normal?
Otheriwise it works great and can be very creative.

The application does what it says. However, the interface and options on the screen are not intuitive.

Also, it would be useful if the menu tabs are highlighted when selected.

Excellent quality, quick and easy to use especially at on-location printing events.
