From the first initial visit to the show room, to the completion of our new garden office, i give a 5 star review for each and every member of staff. Each visit from trades people, to the communication over the telephone or by email, was 100% professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend. We are over the moon with our new office, how it looks, the build quality and standard of customer service.

We had some issues with the cladding after three years which was an outsourced product quality issue not a Green Retreats workmanship issue. They carried out the warranty work without any justifying the problem, ,difficulties or reasoning and just got on with the job in a professional and timely manner to suit us.
The fitting team that came to site were clean ,tidy and professional and willing to help in any way they could to make it as easy for us a possible.
Would thoroughly recommend Green Retreats to anyone.

From start to finish the level of customer care was incredible and the quality of the building better than I imagined from the website. My visit to their showroom ( including pick ups from the station) and planning session with Will was so helpful as I could see all the options and didn’t feel pressurised. I must’ve changed the design for my pottery shed about 8 times with tweaks including swapping floor board directions and extra windows and nothing was a hassle. I got to choose which dates suited me for each stage and had a wonderful project lead called Nicole. I was trying to make final decisions from Egypt and she was there to take the pressure off and coordinate all the teams who came on site a few weeks later. Each team from the base team, through to Sean who together with 3 others erected the main building and worked so hard all day for four days ( ensuring I was happy with the locations of things like sockets and switches) and talked me through the building were friendly and skilled. Keith who put the blinds up was talented at what he did and took a lot of care. Loved my final G5 design and it’s made a perfect garden pottery studio. I was recommended this company by a ceramicist I met in Venice and so glad I listened to her. You won’t be disappointed.

So many rooms to look at, got lots of help, planned a room for our garden and had a lovely coffee too.

The staff have all been very nice at the office and are quick to be back in touch as needed.
The different trades group have all been pleasant. The electricians were the best as took their time and helpful. The others were very quick to finish and leave.
Building seems nice so far though not long been erected.
We had issue with the door of the storeroom section. We were asked to adjust it ourselves and given e mail instructions, it felt like finally, after some telephone calls, it was accepted that the original fitter did not put it on properly in the first place. So a man was sent to sort it out, who indeed agreed it hadn t been well fitted and he himself had a hard job correcting it to fit properly so that it closed well. Likewise we still can t get the air conditioner to work. The man who fitted it dashed off too quickly to demonstrate, we ve had e mail instructions but these still don t get it working. The latest is we ve been sent a you tube clip to help us work it out. Just be easier if someone was sent to show us properly... still to work it out. Quite a stressful experience from start to finish (and still not completely confident air con will work). Especially the expected prep work to our garden area.

We have been looking at some options for additional living space. Had already had some consultations, which were good. But Green Retreats is on a different level.

We were greeted by Diana who gave us a quick overview of their display area. Plenty to see inside and outside. Our planner was a nice lady by the name of Ella. She had a nice gentleman with her (His name escapes me) who was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We didn’t even know if we would leave with anything, but by the time we left, we had put down the deposit on two designs and were more than happy with the price.

Ella was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and tweaking our designs as we went through them.

We have made a date for the surveyor and can’t wait to get our additional living area built.

Can’t comment on the design, but if it’s anything like the design process, then we will be happy to share our thoughts, once the build has been completed.

Nikki was so helpful and informative. She wasn’t pushy at all and went out of her way to ensure we knew all our options. Greeted with free drinks for us and the children. Big showroom with lots to see.

Exceptional service. We have had our garden room for 3 years now and we are delighted with it and use it most days winter or summer. We use it as an additional living space because we live in a small bungalow. It’s really changed our quality of life. The after service is excellent. Highly recommend Green Retreats.

My elderly mother in law, husband, and three young children visited the flagship store around 11am. As we parked and were getting the children out, a staff member kindly opened the door for us and waited patiently while we made our way in.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and shown around by Ellaa, who was incredibly patient and personable. She explained where everything was and asked if we would like tea or coffee. We initially declined as we wanted to settle the children first.

Once seated, we gave the children an early lunch. I then went to the café area to order a latte and a hot chocolate, only to find that refreshments (including biscoff biscuits) were complimentary. Everything was served just like in a proper coffee shop. There are plenty of seating areas, and activities are provided for children, including a outdoor lovely play area with swings and slide. This made it much easier for us to look around.

The design process is very transparent, you can see everything on the screen in front of you, with no hidden costs. She also explained their no-interest finance option, which is particularly beneficial for Muslims.

Afterwards, we sat down with Ellaa to go through concepts and designs. She was extremely patient and explained everything clearly. I had my youngest baby on my lap, who was being a bit restless, but Ellaa was completely unfazed, interacting with empathy and poise.

There are many garden rooms on display, which really helps when visualising your own design, you know exactly what you’re getting and it even helps you with your design ideas. We were able to book an installation date with a fully refundable £300. Ellaa even accommodated us when we needed to pray, which we really appreciated.

As we were leaving (around 2:30pm), Ellaa provided us with a printed copy of our design and sent us the app so we could continue refining it at home.

Our children enjoyed the experience so much that they ran back inside, twice, to give Ellaa a hug!

We couldn’t fault the service or attention to detail. They are very "for" the customer in whay they do and very flexible. Absolutely brilliant.

We really enjoyed our visit on Saturday, Diane was most helpful and explained how the garden offices were made, the materials used and the various options that are available, she took the time to allow us to look around and to answer her questions, thank you ...

Probably our best purchase experience. Phoebe was really helpful, understood our requirements and guided us through the choices really well - the best part was that there was no hard sell and no pressure.

We were so impressed by the customer service we received from Zoe at the showroom. Not only was she very knowledeable, proactive, polite and welcoming, she was also excellent with our two-year-old daughter - even letting her sit on her lap and happily responding to her requests for a carry! We don't normally take our daughter places like a showroom so we were extremely grateful to Zoe for being the most incredible multitasker and taking it all in her stride. Thank you - best customer service we've ever had.

Zaynab was absolutely amazing, informative and helpful which ultimately assisted with our decision to purchase, plus the ease of the installation process. The showroom is so worth visiting to see the many options and the assistances on site really helps guide you through the process. All staff were super helpful and welcoming.

From walking in the front door , with no appointment. Super friendly welcome, seen instantly by one of the staff to show us around, understand what we were looking for. No pressure to sign and buy. 10/10
