Do not use Greenland. I’ve has to call them out several time for leak and low pressure in system each time they came they left me with a different problem. The last phone call to them was told they could not get out for 7 days I have disability where I need hot water they was happy to leave me with NO hot water or heating. Also some of their tradesman burned my carpets which am still to be reimbursed. Again phoned their office and was told that it was all in hand and to exspect payment soon. But yet still waiting some of the office staff tell you what they think you like to hear. After several phone call finally got through to someone in authority who said it was not down to them. As far as I’m concerned the office staff say what they think before speaking to their managers

Outsourced the installation to a company we didn't know and we weren't told about in advance. Pushy for payments, got lots of things wrong with the installation that required repeated re-visits at our request. They initially denied there being a problem, withheld the information on installation documents from us, and demanded payment, but we stood our ground and they eventually apologised. Stressful to deal with, cowboy-esque in their approach and poor with communication. Stay well clear, cheaper for a reason.
What appeared to be a good initial installation turned out to have problems that were caused by poor training. I forgave that, but months down the line when other problems emerged, the company refused to take responsibility. I would advise others to avoid this company.
This company has no respect for their customer's property.
They show complete disregard for customers' property with their cowboy employee(s) who have caused DELIBERATE and extremely serious damage to my property and they ignore ALL means of contact with them to fully investigate and rectify the damage they have caused.
I have no hesitation in advising potential customers to STEER WELL CLEAR of GREENLANDS HEATING of Tredegar as you may well end up in the very same situation as myself.
The team delivered a great service, from the initial assessment to the quote and the installation, Everyone was friendly, not at all 'pushy' from beginning to end. i never felt pressured into a decision and all my questions were answered.
We're a massive electric user (over 8000kWh pa).
Exceptional service from Greenlands heating. Beat any quote I had (total of 5) on my own specification of 5.6kW of panels on a West facing roof with each panel having a solaredge optimiser and 7.8kW of ESS battery storage.
Site orientation for connection to the incoming supply was problematic and Greenlands came up with a solution that required a new consumer unit installation = result.
Installers were excellent and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Backroom staff were also very, very helpful and communicated quickly when there were was a need to ask questions or for updates.
Paired the system with Octopus Flux, which IMO is the best solution for combined solar and battery storage.
The whole team at Greenlands were excellent, fair play.

Greenlands were subcontracted by E.ON to install Solar Heating System at our house. This included solar panels and battery.
The whole process was completed in 48 hours. I was impressed by by the efficiency of the whole process, the obvious knowledge and experience of the installers, and their courtesy and professional attitude.
What I envisaged as a daunting and stressful experience became a pleasant and informative one.
