I ordered some glazing spares for my greenhouse.the parts were delivered within the time frame I was given and were exactly what I needed to repair some storm damage.nice to find a firm you can rely on.keep up the good work!

Unfortunately one of the items was out of stock - not indicated on the website, nor communicated to me until I chased it up two days later having waited in for it to arrive. Delivery was then predicted for later that week, but when I rang them late on Friday it had only just come in and would thus not reach me till Tuesday.

I cancelled the order by phone and email (and they promptly refunded my card - thank you).

At both times an email to keep me informed would have elevated my opinion of them measurably... as it is I am unlikely to order from them again

After waiting a week for delivery of 4 sheets of polycarb to repair my storm damaged greenhouse, I rang and was told that TNT had not collected them. A further 4 sheets were dispatched and received the next day with the corner of one sheet damaged.
I then emailed them and suggested they improve their packaging. Although they replied I got no apology or offer of replacement. I only ordered from them based on previous good reviews.

Main purchase was a large sheet of acrylic to replace a smashed pane of glass in my greenhouse. The item arrived very quickly, but because it had cardboard protection on only one side, the exposed side (which just had a thin paper covering fused to the surface) had been scraped and scratched a little in transit. Not bad enough to return the item, but a bit irritating, especially with the sun behind it.

The Greenhouse Warehouse site was easy to use. I found the acrylic panels I needed really easily and it drew my attention to the connectors I would need to use with them. The order was acknowledged quickly and I was notified when the order was dispatched. The whole process was simple and trouble free. The goods are of excellent quality. It was quite easy to find the correct item on the webpage.
Somehow it was a bit difficult to format the order. I wanted a number of the same items and I had difficulty getting this right. Possibly it was because I was not used to the web page.
I also had a bit of difficulty getting my address listed. Again it was probably because it was my first use of the web page. Somehow it did not seem as clear as it could have been.
Having done that, the confirmation of order, notification of delivery and timing of delivery was excellent.
I would certainly use this company again.

I needed a panel quickly. I ordered and had it delivered in 24 hours. I have saved the website for the future as they have products that I will order in spring. The right price and excellent quality.

This is the second order of these green house windows that I've had and this company are the best company I've ever dealt with delivery just as stated and the product is just wonderful. Don't have to worry about grandchildren being around the greenhouse anymore.

Never had such a fast delivery! Ordered at 2pm one day and received at 2pm the next ! Replacement polystyrene sheets for greenhouse were good value for price paid.

We refitted our greenhouse with solid polycarbonate sheets following the worst storm we have had in 30 years! Several sheets blew out after another storm a few days later.
Fitted the reinforcing strips (wish we had been advised to do that when ordering) and we have screwed spring clips to the bottom edge and used many more stainless steel clips around the greenhouse, almost clip to clip and this has stood up to another couple of storms - what a winter! I do like the opaque finish as this will protect tomatoes in summer. We left the door in glass in order to see into greenhouse! Two replacement sheets were damaged in transit and company promised refund without problem!
Recommend this company highly - they even calculated my requirements for me!

I ordered 5 sheets (two different sizes) as glass replacements. Prompt service and the product does the job

Perspex glazing is so easy to fit , when replacing broken panes in the greenhouse.
No finger cuts either.

Product came exactly as ordered, even in that dreadful weather, the box was a bit battered and soggy, but the delivery was much quicker than I thought it would be under the circumstances.
Well done, and well done the delivery guy, wouldn't have wanted to be outside on that day!!!

Items delivered quickly. Packaging could have been better especially as it was delivered to a neighbour while I was out
