Brought the timer T205 spent hours trying to set this rubbish, cannot get set. Am gutted paid top money thought would make things easy, but no wish I had Brought cheap timer with no hassle setting up
The model TI7B. What a load of pants.
The clock keeps freezing so if it's on it won't go off and if it's off it won't go on. The control pads rarely touch the electric contacts beneath so you spend ages trying to set anything.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this product like the plague. A complete and utter waste of time and money.
Thanks for a prompt and very helpful reply when I needed a manual for an older model of timer.
I contacted their technical support team for advice about a product and received a very bland, generic, one line response quoting the wiring regulations. I responded reiterating that I had contacted them about something more specific relating to whether one of their products that I was thinking of installing needed to be fuse but that didn't seem to even warrant the courtesy of a reply or any acknowledgement.
That was one star service, maybe two at best for actually responding initially. I've boosted it to three as I have some of their products fitted and they've performed fine so far. I've now sourced my outstanding items from somewhere else.
A really positive response from Greekbrook Electrical, i had issues and contacted them direct. just to say they were superb, and a company which hold their customers in high regard. an excellent service.

I contacted customer care about a faulty heating timer, spoke to Patrick Callaghan who was very very helpful and knowledgeable of the product , sent out a replacement straight away . Excellent service , would highly recommend Green Brook .
Greenbrook T205-C - & day timer. Bought in March 2019, fitted May 2019, failed June 2020. Had it checked out and is not repairable.
