** NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY GREAT OUTDOORS SUPERSTORE IS NOW IN ADMINISTRATION WHICH A DAMN SHAME I looked up a winter jacket at a well known outdoor store and saw the price and was horrified, then I put that product into google to search for it cheaper, and wasn't disappointed when I found Great Outdoors Superstore. Nearly £200 difference.

We have been experiencing an unprecedented number of orders this week due to our Mid Season Sale, usually the reason is a stock error and we do not have the ordered item in stock to send; possibly due to high demand of the ordered item.
Unfortunately you have not left an order number or email address for us to check the reason for the cancellation, if you would like to contact us via email with your order number we will investigate further, as to why you were not informed of the reason for this cancellation.

Wrong size
Confusion about the size of the item which was neither a European nor an English 44. I sent it back, disappointingly as a fraction too small when it should not have been. Return postage should have not been charged. Delivery and refund were quick but I will not order again.
PS: Please warn your customers about sizes. I did get in touch, by the way.

Didrikson are a Swedish company and the longer the coat the more fitted they are. We can see you purchased the Thelma Parka size 44; we don't routinely supply size guides on our website, but are happy to direct customers to Manufactures size guide links, i.e. https://www.didriksons.com/en/size-guide/size-guide-women, on request.
We are unable to comment on Manufacturers sizing of their products.
We do not routinely refund return postage unless the item is faulted or an incorrect item was sent in the first instance, however, as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion if you would kindly send us a copy of your return postal receipt we will reimburse your reasonable postage costs.

Good price/product, poor courier
Easy to use their website and a very good price for the jeans. Unfortunately they use Evri (why do companies still use this terrible courier ?) and delivery wasn't great. Got it eventually though!
