Problems with the delivery but overall happy with the service
My product was delivered by UPS, who ignored the delivery address and instead delivered the products to one of their pick up locations.
The delivery address was of a temporary place where I was staying at, and become UPS didn´t deliver the product where it should and didn´t inform me that delivery was done elsewhere, I ended up not being able to get the products on time and went to my permanent residence empty handed.
After reporting the issue to Greatlife, customer support immediately responded and tried to compensate me for the issue. They offered me 3 options, all of them very reasonable:
1. Return of the products at no extra cost and full refund.
2. Reshipment of the products to my country of residence.
3. 20% discount on my order.
I understand that Greatlife is not at fault here, the delivery failure is 100% UPS´ responsibility.
I appreciate the fact that Greatlife always responded to my emails very quickly and in a very positive, helpful manner. Fantastic customer support!
I can´t give 5 stars to the overall process because I didn´t get my products when I should, but I wouldn´t hesitate to give 5 stars to how Greatlife handled the situation.
I will consider ordering again in the future.
