Amazingly arrogant e-shop costume care worker

I ordered Alpha Sealskin light boots. Unfortunately, nr 40 what l normally wear was narrow. I was surprised, it was written unisex. If it's narrow for me, how nr 40 is suitable for men? I wanted to exchange them, I sent them back and I got new boots, but when I opened the shoe box, my light boots were dark. I wrote to customer care and asked why I got the wrong boots. She answered me, it's my fault because I didn't mention when I wanted to exchange that I still would like to get light. By the way, seals' skin is a different color. If I would like to exchange again, I need to write exactly how they have to look. I was so p.. off how arrogant can be customer service. Then I decided I would like to send them back and ask refund. This amazing lady wrote to me, it's not possible anymore, because 14 days have passed since my first order. She didn't care about the EU law of 14 days starting whenever you get a new order. And she mentioned to me, they are doing a huge favor to send new boots free. I was so tired of her arrogance to mention, that I needed to pay extra, because of their mistake in sending me the wrong color boots.

Then she amazed me last time to write end of the letter - And a life lesson - you wont get anywhere with treats. Be kind and be fair. I just read it and thought, is it some kind of Danish joke that l don't understand, or what's wrong with this customer care worker?
