For the price I paid for a framed print, totally not worth the money. The joints on the frame arent even touching. One would think for the price that the frame would have actual glass but its plexi glass. I mean come on, i ordered a print and a frame and you guys charged me over $200. Ridiculous. But it’s my fault for not reading the description I guess. Unfortunately for me, no one else carries cool prints so reluctantly I’ll be buying some more things but minus the frame. Not worth the money. But it was packaged nicely/securely, no damages to the box.

It sounds like your frame arrived with gaps in corners, and we're sorry that this issue was not caught during the quality control process. We would love to help issue a replacement print for you or a full refund/store credit if you would prefer.
We are also sorry that the frame covering was not glass as expected. Our framed prints are protected with acrylic plexiglass rather than actual glass. We use plexiglass to keep our products as lightweight as possible for easy hanging. We also find that plexiglass holds up much better in transit with the shippers since it is more scratch-resistant and less likely to shatter.
