Grease Monkey Garage 

Needed brake shoes asap Desy the owner said he would be able to do it right away. He actually drove to Dungannon to get them for me at his own expense. Delivered the car back to me all within a few hours as he knew I needed the car for hospital tomorrow. Lovely man and will definitely use again.

Sent my car in for headgasket,was quoted about £800, 4weeks later I had to chase the job as NO phone call from them,1week later I get a call saying we had a look and there's water in the bottom of the engine, so that's not good however we would need to sort the head out as it'll be warped,but we think it'll be cheaper just to replace the engine for about £1200.... First off when headgasket goes it's common for water to go into the sump,every mechanic will tell you that's normal,next it's not common for headgasket to warp on modern engines that's why they have gaskets,was told by engine center and vauxhall even said very rare head needs replacing,however garage said they didn't really want to do the job as it'd take to long but we can source a replacement engine with 60,000 miles £1600, on the receipt it says nothing about the milage of the engine and where it came from,they also only gave 3mths warranty unlike most of 6mths or 12mths, plus they cracked the front bumper, so in essence quoted£800 paid £1600 plus I'll be paying another£300 out to get the bumper repaired.....
However they are a friendly bunch but I'll not be using them again, warranty is not what you'd normally get, information on what's wrong is not in standard what the professionals have stated or manufacturers state and to be fair engine could have been 100% rebuilt by an engine center giving me 12mths warranty with 0 miles on it.... lastly it took 11weeks to get gar back

Simon sorted out my wifes car promt & skillfully- where other garage could'nt fix!! Took my car there as well, fixed a/c & put work right where other garage got wrong! Very impressed!! Already booking for my front brakes.Also took the time to show us what he did & anything that needed attention without any pressure. He did a thorough job. Highly recomend- both our cars coming here from now on. He would of saved us money if we used Simon sooner!!

After forgetting about my MOT, a quick phone call later my car was all booked in for its MOT and Service. Extremely friendly service - Will definitely be my go to choice! Highly recommend Grease Monkey

I am very humble with how I was treated by Grease Monkey Garage I had a very bad day followed by my car breaking down Simon came out to me out of hours towed my car back to the garage and offered me a courtesy car so I could get to work the next day so thank you you really did a great job
