The artificial grass was of very good quality .
Last time the dimensions were incorrectly measured.
I placed an order with Grass Warehouse in April. Delivery was delayed and my grass eventually arrived on 27th April. Because of the Covid situation I was willing to accept that there was a delay ad Matt from Grass Warehouse was polite enough to make me aware of the situation. Unfortunately. I was delivered two different cuts of grass one of which was significantly thinner and cheaper looking than the other.Furthermore, the weed suppressing membrane was never delivered. I raised this with Matt at Grass Warehouse through several emails as calling them was a waste of time and energy as the phone just rings and rings and nobody has the courtesy to answer. Replacement grass was sent out on 17th May and when the delivery arrived, the grass was completely different to both of the grasses delivered on 27th April Once again the weed suppressing membrane was missing. Having lost all confidence in Grass Warehouse i refused the delivery and sent the second load of grass back whilst keeping the first. Having paid through Paypal, I raised a dispute for the full amount of £761.64 and advised Matt that I no longer wanted the grass from them and wanted a full refund because I didn't trust that they would ever send me the correct product that i had paid for. Grass Warehouse arranged for the collection of the initial grass delivery on 1st June and promised that i would be refunded for the grass once the collection had been made. Matt then advised that because i had raised a dispute with Paypal they could not refund me and that the process needs to take it's course. It is now 3rd July and I am still to receive my refund of £761.64. I appreciate the current situation with Covid and whilst I am sympathetic towards Grass Warehouse, not getting the order right on two separate occasions, not answering the phone to customers and then withholding money which isn't rightfully yours is just unacceptable. I work just as hard as any other person to earn money and being out of pocket for over £700 is really difficult. Be prepared that they may or may not get your order right and also be prepared that it may not be delivered for weeks on end. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.
