Four failed delivery dates later still…

Four failed delivery dates later still no panels received despite confirmation that there is plenty of stock in the warehouse. Under-staffing blamed as poor excuse. 3-4 day delivery frame has now turned into 5 week wait, totally unacceptable as project was planned around deadline which has since passed. Don't order from this company who produce Multipanel, go to a competitor instead.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. There delivery service is the worst ever experienced.
Delivery promised 5 times and not kept.
Wasted 4 men for 2 days due to failed deliveries pushing a project in a children's home back more than a week.

Damaged 2400 x 1200 Frost White Wetwall Boards

I ordered 7 x 2400 x 1200 Frost White wetwall boards When we removed the packaging, which showed no sign of damage, we found 3 of the 7 boards had damage. 2 of them had chips on the decorative surface where the boards join together and the 3rd also had similar chips but also had cuts on the decorative surface. I contacted my supplier and they arranged for replacements to be delivered to me. When the replacements eventually arrived and we opened the protective packaging which showed no sign of damage, we discovered that 2 of the replacements were also damaged! 1 had a large chip on the back corner of the board and the other had a similar chip but also had damage to the tongue where the boards join together. This means that 50% of the boards I received were damaged. There is clearly a quality control issue at Grant Westfield. I contacted them about all of the above and did receive an apology but no offer of compensation for the delay, stress and inconvenience that the delivery of damaged boards has caused me. I would not recommend buying wetwall boards from this company.

An Exceptional Workplace with Supportive Leadership

I've been with the company for nearly three years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff here are consistently friendly and approachable, making for a supportive work environment. Both the current Managing Director and the previous one have been fair and transparent in their leadership, always setting clear goals and genuinely caring about the well-being of their employees. Overall, I believe anyone who joins this team will find it to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
