Extremely overpriced and low quality
Extremely disappointing experience with GrantHelp. The fees are absolutely disproportionate to the value provided. We trusted this agency as a startup unfamiliar with the R&D tax incentive submission process, only to realise that their work lacked detail and was extremely overpriced. The fees charged were exorbitant, especially considering the minimal value provided. To put it in perspective, this year we completed the process internally, taking one employee 3 workdays to prepare a detailed claim—far exceeding the quality of GrantHelp’s submission. In contrast, GrantHelp charged over $20,000 for what is 2–3 days of work. Please do your research, engage a consultancy with a fixed cost or hourly rate, or simply - do it yourself.
As a startup that initially trusted this agency, we feel completely taken advantage of. I’ve already discouraged my professional network from engaging with GrantHelp and I hope this review helps others as well.
We will reluctantly fulfil our contractual obligation to pay the invoice, but we cannot recommend GrantHelp's services to anyone seeking fairness, value, or transparency.
