We booked hospitality tickets with Grandstand Motor Sports in July 2025 for the Monaco Historic and planned the whole trip around it. Everyone had flown out to Monaco specifically for this experience. To then have the tickets cancelled just two hours before collection, is honestly unbelievable. Cancelling something this major at the very last minute is completely unfair to customers who have already spent time, money and effort getting there. They did offer an alternative, but it was nowhere near the level of what we had originally paid for and expected. The experience we travelled for was gone and it has really ruined the entire trip. Overall, a hugely disappointing experience and not something I’d expect from a company selling premium hospitality packages. I would never book through them again.

Just came back from Doha to see MotoGP, the trip was excellent everything ran very smoothly from the transfers from the airport to the hotel, hotel was lovely. The transfers to the track everyday to and from the track was great we even got there early on the Sunday and got the heroes walk band fantastic . The guided tour with Stella was fantastic she told us so much and showed us lots of doha. This trip was amazing.

We were delayed on our return from Holland after the Dutch Grand Prix in September travelling by Eurostar. Eurostar have paid the compensation to Grandstand Motorsports because that was the method used for payment. That compensation should have been passed onto ourselves, Grandstand Motorsports have NO financial interest in the compensation nevertheless withholding it. This constitutes fraud, I am bitterly disappointed with the way we have been treated by this company. I have received various excuses why it hasn’t been refunded and now having to take legal advice.
