Superlative Delivery
Ordered on a Sunday evening, delivered on Tuesday morning. What can they improve on? Only the display of shipping costs, which are not obvious until check-out time. Even then, not extortionate considering Granada has probably the cheapest prices online, including fleabay!

Excellent reliable company to buy from
I ordered a head-torch that did not arrive after several weeks and must have been lost in the post. Unlike some companies, you can phone Granada Batteries, and it was answered promptly by a very helpful person and another torch was sent with no quibbling, which did arrive. A reliable company that is easy to contact that I would definitely buy from again

Good online battery supplier
They say they've been supplying the trade for 30 years but have recently gone online for retail customers. Be aware that VAT is added to the quoted prices at checkout. For my order, the price was competitive, the batteries looked genuine, and delivery was prompt and efficient.
