Sub-par customer experience and product

I purchased Sunra Miku Super e-bike somewhere between july-august 2021, from reseller of gran-scooter. Initially everything seemed good; bike arrived promptly, with some parts already falling off, and this is when gran scooter revealed their true nature. Reseller put me to contact with gran scooter directly; they made promises they will send me the broken parts and help me fix the problems with the bike. It’s now been 8 months, none of the initially broken parts have been replaced, I have spent numerous hours talking to customer ”service”, to no avail. I am able to use the bike only when it’s not too humid (failing throttle), batteries are imbalanced, bike anti-theft siren squeals loudly in random, sometimes at night it can be very annoying.

Please understand that despite their pompous statements they make in their website, the products seem to be the exactly same chinese junk you get much cheaper by ordering it directly from factory. If you need a solid bike with working warranty and reliable vendor support, you should look elsewhere.

Defective product, no customer support or warranty recognition received

I purchased a gran-scooter through an online reseller for over Euro 2200. The product did not work from day one of delivery. I have been fighting for over one year now, trying to get any form of customer service and or warranty recognition without any success. Now I am forced to engage a lawyer to fight for my warranty rights. Very disappointing and sickening experience!

Keep away

Keep away - bad quality and incredible bad service attitude.

Scooter 1 was broken after 10min and replaced by amazon. Scooter 2 was working for 2 days and then broken. After contacting the customer support I was asked to send some pictures. As it was used outdoors there where minor mud traces - The support now blames us to have broken the bike by using in water, which of course was not the case.

Product was returned through amazon.
