Shortly after I signed up for Gramto, I learned it does not allow you to schedule posts on Instagram and that Instagram is likely to penalize your account for using Gramto. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Never got a response. I tried multiple times. They do not answer their phone or return calls. Finally I had to cancel my card, which is a huge hassle I wanted to avoid. Stay away from this scam company.

I would give it ZERO stars if possible. There is no way to cancel your subscription + your IG account is at a huge risk.

I have been charged to my account £163 and I don't wish to use this service, but they refuse to answer my messages to

a) Refund the Money
b) Cancel the Subscription
c) respond appropriately

SCAM!!! Tool doesn't work at all. Support doesn't reply since DAYS. Tool is appearantly a scam! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!

Good when it works, but every month my account was shown as 'expired' even though payments had been taken from my account. Contacting support is slow and often they don't reply at all/for several days. Even when they do sort the issue you lose days of service that you've paid for. No option to cancel and no reply when you contact support requesting cancellation. AVOID!

WARNING, they do not offer a way out. I tried contacting them, didn’t work, I was charged for nothing for about a year.

I signed up for the trial and afterwards found there was no way to cancel my subscription. The help article directs you to a cancel button that is not on the site. I did not hear anything back from them when I contacted them directly. I have had to place a dispute through my bank for a refund and block further payments that way. a lengthy process. Avoid.

It's a scam, it does not work, you ask for help and they do not answer, they should be report!

Terrible customer service. Useless algorithm. Yusuf reads the messages and then ignores. They closed the chat so I cannot prove it. The algorithm started unfollowing my followers despite me ticking no. I also got banned from Instagram for 48 hours for breaking following community guidelines, but they offered no compensation for this!

Only works 10% of the time and customer support is non-existent

I can't connect my ins account to Gramto and the customer service keeps telling to try different browsers while I already tried all my browsers. They told me to email them my ins account and password which doesn't seem safe at all. I asked for a refund again and again and they did not response on that at all. Please don't waste your money.

The app works pretty slowly, I had only +1 follow in 2 days. Watch out cause the trial version only lasts that much, then you have to pay. You will get notifications that their servers are connecting to your gram, they're not hackers

IT A SCAM!
Have tried 3months service, the auto like and follow is running smooth. However, realize there is un-regconized ads is running and i need to pay for the ads!!!

Everyone on here is ripping gramto a new Bhole. When you need to be pointing your finger at yourself.

First off, you are lazy for getting (trying to) a BOT to do all your work for you. Only way to get quality followers is organically. That’s been proven 10000000000x over.

Second, of course they have crappy customer service. What did you expect? This is a very gray area service and it’s technically agains instagrams terms of service. So everyone needs to chill out.

It’s actually does so a good job at what it’s supposed to do. Yes. There are constant 502 gateway errors, probably due to insta blocking them and having to find mew IP addresses etc. etc.

You are paying for a shortcut. Expect issues.

I use this service on my fake accounts and ya it has hiccups. But it works for me just fine.

Don’t be dumb and use this on your real Instagram.

I really wish I had seen all these reviews before registering on that SCAMMY platform. NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES!
1. No customer service.
2. Automation absolutely DOES NOT WORK!
3. You can be charged more money so make sure to contact your bank to block that FAKERS.

I have a manual Payment account and they just randomly charged me for an automatic payment account which I don't have. I can't do anything about this but request a new bank card. Sad I must say. But I'll learn to Never use them again. They literally even wouldn't respond on their help chat then they did twice just to close the chat after I started calling them thieves. If you are smart then don't waste your money 😂😂

The constant errors that take days to fix makes you spend more time resolving these than actually producing any results. This app could be phenomenal, it just seems like it is still in beta mode and should not be open to the public yet. There are way too many bugs they need to fix.

Tested the service on a one month (non-recurring) payment. During that time (the whole month) they never replied to provide a proxy for Instagram, in that time my account access in their system died and actions got blocked. I immediately reached out to cancel the service, they replied but did not cancel on their end and then charged me...even though I only did a one-time not recurring still got charged. Reached out to tell them got charged to no reply. Then I threatened to reach out to credit card company and they replied...but then I got charged again and never got a refund. Now been charged for 4 months so have reached out to credit card company and blocking them and fighting for refunds. DO NOT USE THEM.

shocking customer service as thye never reply. System is over complicated and then it gets your account marked as spam

The features offered are actually working and you can definitely work well with it - the problem is more the missing support. The Account gets blocked regularly due to flagged proxies or something similar and weeks + 100 attempts to not speak to a support bot pass before your account works again! TO SUM IT UP - PRODUCT COULD WORK BUT THE RIDICULOUS YET NOT EXISTING SUPPORT IS THE WORST
