I am very very indignant, it has been three weeks since I bought 3 dresses, and I did not answer you at all. You enter its website and it no longer exists. anyone know how to claim it?

A Scam Site!
A scam site, that doesn't seem to exist now anyway. Purchased a dress in January, didn't receive it. Made a claim through Paypal and the seller then responded. Graceboo wanted me to close the case so they could refund me, but by this time I had my suspicions and refused to close until I received the dress or a refund. They finally sent me a tiny plastic pencil case! Needless to say, the case is still open with Paypal, sent them photos and am hoping for a full refund soon.

Literally a complete waste of money
Literally a complete waste of money, you can't get your money back, they don't reply and I ordered over a month ago and they haven't even shipped anything, had to cancel going to my ball because of their service, if I could give them no stars I would, extremely disappointed.

Don't order from them please.
I ordered multiple dresses as they look beautiful and all. No delivery date given. Emailed asking how long, no answer. Stupidity I placed the order anyways and I kept emailing them every other day for an update. No answer...
Decided to put a claim through on PayPal...
They finally contacted me, worse customer service possible tho.
Made me close the claim to receive refund, it has now been 10 days and no refund given. Looks like I'm actually going to have to take it back to PayPal. What an absolute joke this company.
