Versatile & easy to use
I have had GPS Police units in our company service vehicles for over 3 years. It is nice that they can be installed so there is no visible sign the vehicles are being tracked. The log-in program is also very good. It's easy to get around in and lets me know at a moment's glance where our vehicles are right now. If a customer disputes the time billed, I can look into the history and see exactly when and where we left the last job, stopped for parts, then a coffee drive through before arriving at the job site. My workers are accurate with their submissions, but if they weren't, I would know. I know there are tools to send alerts based on location, but I use the maintenance reminders more. Time for scheduled maintenance has never been easier to keep track of.
About 2 years ago, one of our units froze up and wouldn't report. The tech support was fantastic. We got it going, but they sent a replacement unit anyways. GPS Police has proven to be a great company to work with.
