had a prompt response to acknowledge my initial account query.
then had quick reply of identifying the fault i had with the account and good set of instructions on what i had to do to rectify the fault.

Worth its weight in gold

We only visit pubs and restaurants that accept Gourmet now, so easy to use, wi-fi permitting
