Poor support and customer service
Purchased three bras after measuring myself and using their size calculator. As soon as I put it on, I needed to shorten the straps as far as they would go which was an instant red flag. I contacted their customer service who told me “I could try a smaller size”. After a few more days of use, it was clear they didn’t offer the medium to strong support that was advertised. I contacted customer service again, who have flat out refused to exchange or refund - even under consumer law. Terrible customer service, poor support from product. I would not recommend at all.

This website does not respect the legal right of withdrawal. My withdrawal request was submitted within the required timeframe but was ignored or rejected without valid reason. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. This behavior is unacceptable and not in line with consumer protection laws. I strongly advise against using this website.

Bad experience, would not order again
I ordered during the Black Friday period. Unfortunately, the items were uncomfortable and did not meet my quality expectations. I have had much better experiences with period underwear from other brands.
When I tried to return the items (most of which were either unopened or only one item tried from a multi-item set), I was initially told that returns were not possible because these are hygiene products once the seal is broken. However, the only “hygiene seal” is a plastic bag that can be resealed, which is even stated on the bag itself.
After pointing this out, the company confirmed that I could return the items at my own expense, but because the order was placed during Black Friday, I would only receive store credit or an exchange. For an exchange in a different size, I would have had to pay almost the full order amount again.
The checkout process did not clearly disclose that Black Friday orders would allegedly be excluded from refunds. I was only informed after placing my order. Limiting the statutory right of withdrawal through hidden terms is not compliant with EU consumer protection law. Transparency before purchase is essential.
Luckily they accepted my request to return now and I hope I will receive my refund in the end. Nevertheless not a good experience unfortunately.

Ordered 1+ month ago. Products still haven’t arrived. Emailed customer support and received tracking information mysteriously the following day. 2 weeks later order still hasn’t left china.
Brand markets itself as high end luxury products in reality are drop shipped from abroad cheaply with extended delivery times for high profits. Trashy.

Different sizes
My panties came in the same size but fit completely different. The Leakproof Bia fits 2 sizes bigger so its way too wide, Leakproof Minerva is actually size-true, but the Venus Modell is one size smaller. You need to make sure you buy the panties (even in a set) in different sizes. But the gotyu team really did make up for it and sorted it out. And the comfort of the panties on the other hand - amazing would definitely recommend!

I ordered the Eva and i love the fit and the design. It is very compfortable and really pretty. My normal size fits me perfectly. Customer Service was also really nice and helpful after some communication. The only thing is that in comparison to other companies i feel like the periodpanties are thicker but hopefully therefore they will hold more I still have to test them.

Second skin with shape
They fit perfectly and adjust to the body like a second skin. Almost no print on the skin when taking it off in the evening. It gives a very beautiful shape to the chest in any kind of clothing. Very happy

Explanations regarding returns on the website are not clear and properly communicated. The return link is mot offering money back just voucher

Great products! I bought the julia bra and the period panties and they're amazing. I hope they do more thorough quality check in the future tho because on my gaia panties there's one lost hook in the middle row which is unfortunately the row i use.

Feels Like a Scam – Money Taken, No Product, No Refund
Very disappointed and really don’t recommend ordering from them. I placed an order for bras and received no communication at all. After hearing nothing, I had to contact them myself—only then was I told the item was sold out, despite it still being advertised everywhere. I’m even still being targeted with adverts for the exact bra they told me isn’t available.
They told me to choose something else of the same value, which I didn’t want, so I asked for a refund. It’s now been over two weeks and I still have no bras, no update, and—most importantly—no refund. At this point it genuinely feels like a scam: they take your money, don’t send the product, don’t update you, and don’t give the money back.
A completely unacceptable and frustrating experience. Avoid.

The fit of the bra is not good at all
The fit of the bra is not good at all, for me it is even bad. Despite that Gotyu doesn‘t offer a properly retoure of the items or even a cash back at all. A change into another size was offered but quite expensive and difficult to make. So this was no option to choose when the fit isn‘t good for my body at all. I‘m very disappointed and will never order anything there again.

Need to work on return policy and communication
Order arrived within stated time. Unfortunately nursing bras did not fit and the measurements from the website did not match. The nursing bras are not available for big bust and small under width.
Had to sent it back. The tool on the website is useless when you want your money back instead of an exchange or gift card. So I had to contact customer service to even start the process. Then they say in email as stated on website. Not confusing at all because there is nothing stated…. However they did reply within one working day and tone was friendly. Return cost you have to pay yourself. Which means my whole experience is that I lost money and have nothing to show for it.
When sent back I had to contact again whether my package is being processed. I did so after two weeks of not hearing anything. After that they replied within 2 working days that it was processed and I received my money one day later.
So all in all a mixed experience. I think the website can have clearer sites on return policy and they can work on their communication towards customers and inform them when they are processing the return.
