Never received my survey and they took the money saying they were a third party acting on behalf of a different surveyors and it’s not them that didn’t provide the service… yet they asked for payment to them. I raised complaints and they refused to give my money back so I didn’t receive a survey and lost £800. They then lied to the broker who recommended them to me to say I’m the problem and I received it?! Also rearranged my survey without my permission. Awful company please heavily avoid. I’m now having to go through my bank to try and get this money bank for the money.

I recently had a Level 2 survey completed by Chris Regan.
The whole process was excellent from start to finish — from arranging the survey to having it carried out. The report was sent over quickly and within the timeframe I was given.

The follow‑up was great too. Chris answered all of my questions about the survey and the report, which really put my mind at ease.

I would highly recommend him for any future surveys.

I cannot recommend my surveyor Roisin McGrath highly enough. From start to finish throughout my conveyancing process, she has been absolutely exceptional.

She has been incredibly kind, approachable and supportive every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer every question I had with patience and honesty. Buying a property can be stressful, but her professionalism and reassurance made the entire process feel far more manageable.

I submitted an enquiry for an home buyer search and almost immediately got a call back from an agent called Harry Catlin. Harry was friendly and down to earth. He explained the process quickly and effectively. He gave me confidence in the process and I agreed to proceed. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency compared to other companies I have contacted and not yet heard back from. Great service, highly recommend.

Very happy with service. Had main communications with George Brown through email and phone and had level 3 survey carried out. This was completed by Patrick Tovey and the report was very thorough and is very useful information for what needs to be looked at, and when in order to keep up maintenance on the property.

George was polite on the phone and quick to respond to queries. Very satisfied with level of service, highly recommended.
