one unit delivered broken, still waiting on replacement. very poor communication. I have been a loyal customer since inception of company. worst time ever.

A very good open box purchase at a discount. I now have two solar ovens. One for hiking, and one for car.

I've been a dedicated GoSun ambassador for many years, enthusiastically promoting their solar products to friends and family. Over that time, I've referred numerous people who went on to make purchases, directly contributing to their sales. However, getting paid for those referrals has always been a nightmare – I'd have to chase them down every single time, with endless emails and follow-ups.
As of now, GoSun owes me a significant amount for referrals spanning many quarters. I've reached out countless times, but their customer service is practically non-existent. The one time they actually responded, they asked for my ambassador code and then completely ghosted me. After months of silence and more persistent outreach, I was finally informed that they've ended the ambassador program entirely. But they refuse to provide any details: When exactly did it end? Why wasn't there any announcement or notification to loyal ambassadors like me? And crucially, was the program canceled before or after the payouts I'm owed for those referrals?
This lack of transparency and accountability is infuriating. After years of supporting GoSun – buying their products myself and driving business their way – to be treated like this is a slap in the face. They've essentially stiffed me on earned commissions without explanation or resolution. If this is how they handle their ambassadors, I can only imagine how they treat regular customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of GoSun – there are better, more ethical companies out there. 1/5 stars

I absolutely love their Fusion and Sport models! We've retired our outdoor gas grill and am actually making some life transitions to incorporating these into our daily home life. Compared to a traditional oven (yeah, not going to fit a full turkey/ham) the Fusion is very capable of other daily baking without any electric/gas --- or, when indoors, the oven easily uses about 10% the power of an air fryer. That's amazingly efficient!

My gosun solar oven was quickly delivered but with a small scratch on dark inside of the glass. It wasn’t likely to change the functionality so we accepted it. This was a gift as I’ve been happy with mine; cooks quicker than my American Sun Oven albeit smaller amounts of food.

The solar table is amazing, now I can charge my mobile, watch and even the laptop directly on the table while working and enjoying the sunshine!

Ordered a 266 battery pack charger new and it came completely DEAD. It won’t charge from receiving.

I have not used it but I know it will get me out of a bind if I ever get in to one . I am putting my full trust in this company I wouldn't of bought it if I didn't think it was not going to work.

I have been a customer for years and have purchased many items. The products are innovative and effective, and the customer service is great.

I received a defective battery, not user repairable. GoSun immediately responded to me regarding how to return the battery and for me to receive a new one.
I have several GoSun products (Sport, E sport tray, Chill, two 60w tables, brew, breeze, two batteries); Everything works great. Just completed a road trip w/Chill in the car. No ICE needed (Ha!).

Regarding the delivery, it arrived with no issues at all. All pieces are complete as well. I look forward to cooking with it very soon.

Had to buy a replacement tube for GoSun Sport solar oven Feb. 2025. I've detailed that already, I did ultimately receive the tube. Less than a year later the replacement tube exploded while I was sliding a tray out with hot Thanksgiving dinner... Good thing the bottom blew out away from me, as those glass chunks could've caused serious injury. I've only used this tube a few times, doing nothing out of the ordinary. The replacement tube was not of the quality of the original, which lasted for years and I'd probably still have if I wasn't stupid about trying to retrieve a scrubby pad that detached and got stuck at the bottom of the tube... That tube just cracked, I first knew it from white color within the glass, but this replacement exploded during normal use and it was scary. An exploding glass oven could really hurt someone.

Thank you for your response and help, it's good to communicate with a human instead of Ai. I was told to contact GoSun in a month or two because the Sport replacement tubes are sold out, but your website/Ai chatbox claims that they're available now. I admit that I'm worried GoSun might not be around much longer if you read the financial stuff... I'll pull this immediately if I'm wrong. Thank you for your help.
