The item I bought was really good quality and really good value for money and their service was efficient, as was the delivery.

Really nice desk, very sturdy with very little wobble even at max height. Delivery was super quick and assembly instructions where clear and concise. No complaints at all from my end

Great quality desk! I purchased the manual version, 140x80cm Alaska top, with a single monitor arm.

Delivery - the desk arrived within 2 days of ordering. (Delivered to Dublin)

Assembly - concise instructions are provided as well a step by step video. However, the instructions might be hard to follow if you’re not technical minded. I opted for a pre-drilled top with inserts. At €40 extra it is expensive, but it did make assembly a lot easier.

Quality - the desk top and chasis are good quality. The desk is stable even at full extension. There’s no wobble during normal use, i.e typing etc. The raise/drop mechanism is pretty smooth given that its a manual system, and the handle tucks away neatly under the desk. The handle itself feels a little loose/fickle when turning, but i think this is because it has to an articulation mechanism to be tucked away. Either way it raises and drops with ease.

General - the max height of the manual desk is ~115cm. I am 6’2” (188cm) in height, and need the desk to be set at 114cm to stand and remain in an ergonomic position. Could be an issue if you are taller.

Overall its a very good desk. You get what you pay for i suppose!

After extensive research of all the desks on the market, I decided to go with the GoStand Series 2 Pro, and I am SO happy I did!

On paper, the desk had fantastic specs - 64-130cm heigh range, digital controller with memory, fast, quiet and with “no hole” legs. These details, plus the 2 day delivery and price were what made up my mind.

On top of this, service has been excellent - I got a phone call from one of the engineers - Stephen, who had seen that I’d asked for pre drilled inserts for the desk frame but not for the cable tray - and was calling to check if I had overlooked this - which I had! He offered to do the inserts there and then - as he was making up the desk - very thoughtful !!

The delivery came in one day, which was great - then I saw that I only had boxes “1 of 3” and “2 of 3” - and the desk top seemed to be missing - I nearly chased the courier back to his van, but then noticed very clear stickers on the boxes telling me that “if you ordered 2 day shipping, the frame will arrive on day 1, and the desktop will arrive the following day” - very clear and helpful !!!!

The desk was easy to put together, the instructions were clear, the inserts made it stress free, it’s very stable, looks great, and is even quieter that I’d expected.

The only small downside is the weight - the box for the frame was 33kg and I did need a bit of help to turn the desk over when I’d finished screwing it together - but I guess the upside is that it feels very sturdy!!

Beyond happy with my new desk. Easy installation (I got predrilled) and easy to use. I personally love the autolock feature and timer, which I don't have at my desk at the office. I had to reach out to their customer service for some questions, and they were super responsive and polite. Recommend!

Their support is great, they allow for crazy customisation, the shipping has been really fast, and their products are great! One of the sturdiest standing desks I have tried, and the bluetooth connectivity makes it even better.

Everything was amazingly packaged and even though TNT threw it around no part of the desktop or base got whatsoever damaged.

The base of my desk is well-engineered and relatively simple (though heavy) to put together. Everything feels incredibly sturdy.

Would definitely recommend getting pre-drilling + inserts as it means you can disassemble and reassemble the desk without the worry of stripping the mountings.

I don't think I could be any happier with the desk I got from them, it is great.

The only downside in the whole experience was the shipping via TNT which was delayed by a couple of days due to TNT being unable to find my building and claiming I wasn't home multiple times in a row. GoStand support did everything in their power to get TNT to figure it out and it paid off.

after shopping around (lots of options, it seems, around the £500 mark) went for the series 2 dual motor option in black and it's superb, sturdy and quiet. What was really appreciated was the honest advice given when I called the head office - they didn't feel the need to oversell me embellishments that I simply didn't require.

construction was a little tricky at first - some awkward screws - but after that, simple. highly recommended.

I got my new desk today. Arrived promptly, in one piece with all the mounting holes pre-drilled. The instructions could be a little clearer but I managed to put the desk together ok.

I will see if I have the same issues as some have had with reliability issues and will update my review if I do.

Excellent value for a high quality sit-stand desk. Received the desk 2 days after ordering as they promise and delivery was free! I love the desk, its very smart and super sleek.
Assembly of the desk is easy and I would recommend a helping hand when screwing the desk top onto the stand.
Free cable tidies are provided which add the finishing touch to make every cable but the power cable virtually invisible.

If you're unsure what site is trusted for sit-stand desks like I was, I would highly recommend this one.

The rudest and most derogatory customer service I recall receiving ever I think. Take your money somewhere else :)
