I did not complete the project with them. I am disgruntled for two reasons. It was conveyed to me that they would be helping with all of the paperwork for both my electrical co-op and a grant. Then once I signed the paperwork with them they told me that I do all of the paperwork. I felt really lost. then when I was looking at the battery storage I asked how long the calculations indicated I should have backup power for, and I was told simply all night long. I know batteries can very and I ask questions for general answers back, but not that general. I feel I should have been given an answer. I am just glad that I had them change the signing contract because without the grant I couldn't do it. So I didn't have to fight for a deposit back.
