Just had carpets and vinyl fitted by James & Henry after being measured by Adam and can honestly say l am 100% satisfied with the service, fitting and products.

Visited the shop and was helped by Daniel very friendly - arranged for his dad to come and measure my carpet - he was so rude. Called me because he couldn’t find my house - told me there was no house of my number in the street why would I tell him the wrong number.. he was wrong. Immediately complained because i asked him to remove his shoes “oh I’ve got to remove my shoes” (like that’s the most unreasonable thing to ask!) and then told me (very matter of fact) my carpet didn’t have a sparkle in it as described to his son and then went on to talk carpet jargon and got annoyed with me when I asked him to clarify he kept repeating himself - we don’t all work in his profession maybe consider that. I asked him to leave and he had the audacity to call me rude. Avoid this company.

Goring Carpets had an appointment to measure my hall stairs and landing yesterday, Wednesday 10th July. within a 3 hour window. I stayed at home but no one turned up. I phoned to day to ask why and although no reason was given an apology was made and an offer to come round this afternoon if I was in. I refused because if a company cannot be trusted to keep to an appointment what does it say about their service.

Excellent professional service from Dan & Keith at the Billingshurst branch. Fitter very professional. Dan knew exactly what I was looking for when I visited the store & carpets are lovely & reasonably priced.
