We spent two weeks in Uganda on a tour organized by Devine. It was a wonderful two weeks. Their organization was impeccable; everything was very precise and on time, just as we had agreed upon when finalizing the itinerary.
During the planning phase, before we left, Nicholas was always helpful and flexible, offering us several options for planning the tour.
The plan that was eventually finalized was followed at 100%, allowing us to see everything we wanted to see.
The car was comfortable (there were four of us) and proved to be well-suited for navigating the dirt roads and all the safaris.
The lodges they recommended (we chose the mid-range option) were also very nice, double room, clean, and equipped, private bathroom , with all the necessary amenities.
Our guide/driver William was perfect.
Honestly, I’ve had many experiences in the past with different guides and drivers around the world, but I’ve rarely found someone with William’s skills.
He was always very reliable, always on time, and precise in his descriptions of itineraries and schedules, with excellent knowledge and preparation that allowed us to learn about all aspects of Uganda and its parks. He led the safaris flawlessly, giving us opportunities to see plenty of animals and explaining all the details about each animal and park.
He was also very careful behind the wheel, always driving safely.
We were very lucky to have William.
Thanks to his professionalism and Nicholas organizational skills in planning the tour, we had an unforgettable trip!
