I have now received 6 bags from Gorchic and they are all just as pictured. Quality is amazing, zippers on the bags are higher quality, leather and suede are in perfect condition. All of my bags have arrived with a box and dust bag. I continue to get compliments on them. Great company and amazing bags for the price

This company is a scam, within days of placing an order, their website no longer worked. Emailed customer service, no response . Contacted the company through their IG page and asked for an update, was given a link that does not work. Requested a cancellation and refund of my monies , CRICKETS ! They respond 3 days later to tell me they are slow on the weekend and they already shipped my product , gave me a tracking link that does not work . I requested a refund way before the weekend . They offered to intercept the package but charge me a 10% fee, their excuse : a refund processing fee that doesn’t come from them as a business, but from my bank . Their own lies don’t even make sense . I do not believe their good reviews are legitimate.

UPDATE : since I’ve reviewed my experience, this company has been relentlessly asking me to remove my post , 4 emails in 24 hours . Quid pro quo kinda thing , we are giving your money back, please remove it . They have also posted screenshots of an email that was never sent to me where they were offering me a gift to compensate for the experience. That email was not sent to me, I have received an email offering a 40% discount on my next order . I will make myself clear, I don’t want any discounts or free gifts. Only after my 1 star review did customer service switched their attitude and tried to help , prior to it, all I’ve received was snarky comments, lies and excuses. I’ve received my refund and lo and behold, it was in full, no bank fee. They were trying to keep some of my money .

UPDATE 2: after requesting to stop being contacted about removing my review and made myself clear I do not want any type of discounts and gift, this company has reached out to me AGAIN offering me a free Chanel bag to remove my review. I will not respond to feedback bribery and manipulation , my experience is real.

This is an amazing company. I had an issue with the bag and they resolved it almost immediately. And I was very pleased with the resolution. I will be giving my business to this company always. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awful experience. Made a purchase, 3 weeks go by with no update. Finally get an email back that says my item will ship on the 24th of February. Another 3 weeks go by and nothing. Then magically I get an email that my item is “out of stock” but yet still available online for purchase somehow. Doesn’t make sense. Not to mention my tracking of them shows it was inspected and packed. Now all the sudden it’s outta stock? Then constant email back and forth with no solution besides picking another item. Well they stopped responding for nearly a week, and the charge was questioned. Charge back was done and then they finally respond, I cancelled the charge back and Apple told me the funds will go back to the business. Business replies and basically lies and tells me they don’t get the money back but can’t provide proof and I can. So I get charged for product, I don’t get any product because they say I have to pay YET AGAIN. This company is an absolute scam and has the worst customer service. Save your time and save your money. They don’t care about customers who actually paid and want their item. If I could leave negative stars I would.
