Order never arrived! They claim it did!

Gopuff claimed my order was delivered….. but it wasn’t! I’ve been charged and they claim that because a PIN was given they cannot help me. But how can a PIN code have been given if I was never sent one?
Like others have mentioned, when on the customer chat the assistant disconnected me, leaving me helpless. I’ll be disputing the claim with my bank.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Nothing is ever in stock (or they hook you in to waste your time on the site and discover they 'hide' items to fall in line with some stupid local laws that nobody else cares about). Garbage site if I've ever seen one.

I ordered a Starbucks drink from the location I get deliveries from. Same drink I order once a month. When I got it this time it was some clear liquid. They reissued another one but the second one I got ended up being the same thing. They refuse to issue a refund. Had I known they were going to mess the order up a second time I would've just got the refund.

GO PUFF IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Go Puff is the absolute worst delivery service in the histiory of deliver services. I've used them in the past and they either picked the wrong items, the delivery person's GoPuff app doesn't work on their phone so they can give me the order until they get a connection or the order never came. THEY SUCK!!! I placed an order today and it said it would be here in 20 mins. Almost 2 hours later, it never came. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH APP DELIVERY SERVICE!! Save yourself the headache. They really really suck!! WHY ARE THERY STILL IN EXISTENCE!!!! Any company they partner with should kill that partnership because GoPuff will ruin their reputation. They have a 1 star rating and yet do even have a customer service department to handle all their thousands of delivery issues they get on a daily basis. I'm sticking with Uber Eats.

THEY BS ON WAIT TIMES .3 HOURS AND NEVER GOT MY ONE ITEM..

Waited 3 hours for one pack of cigarettes..that never came and they just kept changing delivery time up longer and longer. Ridiculous then wana make u wait to get ur money back on services that were canceled ..because they stalled delivery 3 hours ..and it was literally one item.Never using this service again.Customer service was no help. And said Id have wait 3 to 5 days get my money back for services they never completed. Complete bs.

Horrendous Customer Service

I signed up for a membership on a Black Friday discount that ended up not being honored. A few months later, I was charged $40 with no warning about my membership changing. I don’t even know what I was switched to, nothing in my account explained it. Customer service acted like they cared but clearly just copied and pasted scripts (sometimes leaving quotation marks in their replies), ignored my concerns, ended the conversation abruptly, and offered zero resolution. I immediately canceled my membership and deleted my account. Completely frustrating and unprofessional.

Horrible

Horrible, I will never use this company for any deliveries. BEWARE!!!! I ordered $50 worth of items, and never received anything. Their delivery person delivered to the wrong house some random house, the delivery picture did not match my house at all! I reached out to customer support and I got the run around, I screenshotted multiple chats where I kept saying that I never received my order. The supervisor then stated that I got a $7 refund for molded strawberries. I stated that is incorrect, I never received any items. I was then told they can’t help me. So yes I’m not happy that I got stolen from by GoPuff. Horrible customer support with no real solutions. I will be cancelling my membership and going with another company that has better support when their delivery partners mess up!!!!! I encourage everyone to NEVER use this company EVER again!

Half my order didn’t show up and I was refused compensation

I’ve been using gopuff for a few years and have found it fairly reliable. However I ordered groceries the other day, and half my order didn’t show up. Customer service refused to refund me, citing that it had left the shop so it wasn’t their issue. I’m appalled by this treatment as I paid a ridiculous amount for what I actually received, and there was no form of compensation offered whatsoever. Due to this lack of consideration for their customers, I’ve decided never to use gopuff again. I’d also advise against you using it too!

I have no idea what happened tonight

I have no idea what happened tonight. I ordered my delivery earlier in the day to be delivered between 7 and 9 PM. Around the time a lady called me saying my order was not there. She sounded like she was stoned and her English was broken. She handed the phone to the guy at BevMo and he said also that the items were not there. He could speak English though and I said I hope I would get a refund and he said "yes, I would." The lady then texts me to cancel the order on my end. I go to try and do that but it says I will not receive a refund. Then I go to Customer Service and they said I will not receive one and they are sorry and I was run through one person and to an "expert" which he connected me to after I said I will sue because it's theft if I don't receive my items. I was about ready to contact the police department. I went out to go buy the items myself. As I am heading home I receive another call thinking it's the lady again so I don't answer. They call again right after I go onto my street and I decide to answer through my phone's bluetooth. A guy is on the phone and I notice a white Honda Civic in front of my house which I have seen before since it was the same Indian guy from previous orders who is usually okay even though he doesn't speak English. I tell him "I am right behind you." I explain what happened to him and he didn't seem to understand a word I said but in the end he did say "I am sorry" even though he seemed upset that I was not home. When I explained to him a second time he just said "I know" ..... I then reach out to Customer Service again and this time I am being offered a refund from someone who has an Indian name. I told them, no, since I received the items, but I just wanted to make a complaint about the lady who called me. They still insisted a refund. Again, I said no, but a coupon would be good for the trouble. They just asked me to leave a review in the end and said thank you...it's like I was speaking to very stupid robots mixed with Indians and potentially one Spanish person. I almost missed the driver with my items though since I went out and was under the impression I wouldn't be receiving my things from some stoned crazy lady. It was almost like it was an inside job to make it look like I was at fault. I will never know what happened for sure especially since the "guy at BevMo" confirmed what the lady told me.

I pay for priority delivery and the…

I pay for priority delivery and the delivery says it will be around 10 minutes but instead is close to an hour. They cancelled my order and then restarted it and then when I tried to talk to someone on the support team about it and getting a refund for my priority delivery they said that it’s still within the time window cause they’re basing it off of the restarted order. When I explained this to the support team, they gave little to no care about it and continued repeating that it was in the time window even though they were basing it off the fact they cheated the system.

Additionally, I have a consistent times where the delivery driver drives away from me, even though I should be in a five minute time delivery. When I then bring this up once again support does not seem to care. If you were going to give an estimated time, expect the people are gonna be annoyed when that estimated time is way different from what I expected and that you can’t rely on delivery drivers even coming to you and you order priority delivery.

I just really do not appreciate the fact that I tried to talk to someone and they completely just did not even look into anything. I understand that there’s only sometimes so much you can do about delivery but the support system is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst company ever!!

First and last time using Go Puff. They are worse than door dash and grub hub combined. They are making money by being more inconvenient to the already inconvenienced into using them in the first place. These companies are more tired and pitiful. And I only gave it 1 star to leave the review, otherwise Go Puff would get dust. I placed an order and didn't receive all my items and they had the nerve to try to hassle me and tell me about their pitiful ass fee and let them be the reason as to why I could not be fully refunded for the item that I paid for. Worst company ever!!!

They do not refund no matter what

I purchased the service when I lived in Baltimore. I bought the annual membership. I moved in October and where I moved, they do not service. I reached out and asked if I could pay for the two months I was able to use it and be refunded the rest of the annual amount since service cannot be rendered and they refused. They have a refund department but say there are NO refunds for any reason. Disgusting business practice.

I’ve been using GoPuff for 3 years

I’ve been using GoPuff for 3 years, and while it’s always had some issues it’s gotten so much worse recently. The UI kept changing to try and get you signing up to a FAM membership by misclicking- which I accidentally did, but I figured fine, I won’t cancel yet, I do use it quite a lot. But then the service went so downhill and they started introducing new policies.

So I go to cancel my unwanted subscription, turns out I’m locked into a year contract with no way out. It has me talking to their AI in circles, that incessantly annoying AI customer service script, and when I ask to talk to an agent it says 9 minutes at the earliest. Now I definitely don’t want to support a company that’s just replaced people with AI.

- Food quality is always incredibly hit or miss. Super bruised apples, frozen meals past their sell by dates, milk and cheese totally out of date and stinking, meat arrives the wrong colour. Their non-perishables are largely fine except the occasional super dented tin, which is a health and safety issue.
-They’re definitely running low on drivers, takes way longer than it used to.
-I’ve had scam delivery issues on it with drivers taking the food and then never getting any closer for over an hour during non-rush hour time. All I got was a “whoops that sucks” and a refund, but left in the lurch for my groceries and no compensation.

Frankly automation and AI is ruining a lot of services, I feel like so many of my Trustpilot reviews lately are skewing negative because of it. But this trend is ridiculous! These companies don’t realise they’re all essentially middle men between an actual service, that I have other ways of acquiring. Your business IS customer service. If you’re going to do a bad job of that, you’re not really doing anything at all.

Scammer company

Scammer company. They buy damaged and expired items and then sell them to consumers. They then offer only a partial credit for the damaged item. Any other reputable retailer would offer full refunds. The people filling the orders are also clueless or instructed to ignore damaged or expired items.
