Picked up a new bicycle and really impressed with the service from purchase to collection from Phil in the bike department. So knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Spent an hour going through the handover to make sure I was leaving with no questions unanswered.

Had a wonderful experience today at the warrington store I couldn't find my receipt for a coat i purchased in December which was faulty but a really caring staff member was able to find it on the store computer and arranged a exchange.
So a BIG THANKS TO SUE YOU ARE A 🌟 🤩

What a great place to shop for everything outdoors and I mean everything. It's reasonably priced if you join their scheme at £5. I bought a coat which was a great price at £45. I was served by Evie who couldn't of been nicer. Would recommend to anyone for a visit.

We came in the try on some craghoppers and Charlotte helped us with everything we were looking for, unlocked the changing rooms and stuck around giving both welcome and constructive feedback, and availability to help with anything we asked.

She had a very warm and welcoming demeanor and we didn't feel like a bother.
May have have ended buying a little more than we expected, but definitely worth it, and a great shopping experience from someone that doesn't like clothing shopping generally!

Good guidance and recommendations of product

I am leaving a review because the girl behind the counter gave me the QR code. She even wrote her name on it with a smiley face. Which is good.

It would have been better if she has smiled and/or shown the slightest bit of interest in me as a customer and made me feel welcome.

There is a 60% off banner on the wall outside which has brought me in. I saw very little evidence of anything at 60% off and in order to get any sort of discount I had to pay £5 to become a member.

I am going overseas trekking. So I required specialist clothing for warmer weather. In a huge superstore carrying a huge amount of stock they had ONE shirt suitable for this environment. Even though out of season for the UK you would think there was enough room in the store to for a basic range of suitable clothing.

Overall I wouldn’t rate the experience very highly. Can’t think when I have had such an underwhelming retail experience.

Phil could not have been more helpful and kind building a bike for our son’s birthday at very short notice, really appreciated it thank you

Shopped today for our scout group, Jake was amazing at showing us around, advising on what was best to purchase, he had an amazing knowledge of the products he was recommending.
Dani served us on the tills she had a great personality, was very patient with us as she put our 4 trollies of purchases through, a very professional experience was given by all we spoke to In the store, we will be back. Thank you

We were assisted, extremely capably by Barry ( Baz), in the buying of a first pair of walking boots. Having rather difficult feet, comfort was my prime object, and Barry went above and beyond to ensure I got the comfort I needed. This included getting the correct socks.
As a novice, I really needed the help, and clearly he was the correct man for the job. Mega thanks Barry

We went to the shop looking for a new coat for myself, my husband and my mum. Baz was really knowledgeable and helped us to pick out the most appropriate coats for our needs. Louise and Sue on the till were great in helping us to set up a membership card and explaining the benefits.

I had outstanding help and advice from an assistant called Baz about campbeds airbeds and equipment , he saved us making a huge expensive mistake buy and guided us to a much better product .

Evie is very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff. Was served by sue. Very plesent. Got the the right stuff. Sorted me a membership card. Saved me a bit of money. Very happy.

Louise and Sue were extremely helpful and made the visit to the store spot on.

A pleasant young lady called Donna very gratefully gave me help in putting a camp bed together, showing me how easy it was to do. Then another young lady Louise politely served me to make the purchase. Thank you both.

Shop has everything, loads of good bargains, helpful staff, nice clean toilets.
I was served today by EVIE, with a greeting and a smile and a thank you as I was leaving.
