Very helpful staff, great selection and perfect place to start our camping adventure!

Staff were very helpful and dealt with our enquiries efficiently and politely, especially Alice and Pedro who helped with a faulty item. I would highly recommend GoOutdoors Swindon.

We were served today initially today by Jay who directed us through the store to the items we were after. With the help of his colleague Alice hey were able to advise on the all the cool box products helping us get the perfect one for us .

My friend and I both needed to buy walking boots and walking shoes. The store assistant, Darren was very helpful from the first encounter and helped both of us to buy the perfect footwear, which made our experience enjoyable and worthwhile.

My friend & I had been to the Cotswold Outdoor store near Ashton Keynes but were disappointed by what was on offer, poor service & excessive pricing so we thought we would give Go Outdoors a go. Excellent. Firstly it was cool & airy. Masses of stock. Great choice. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Darren in the footwear dept was particularly kind, helpful & patient and seemed to know what stock was in re size, colour, brand etc. We both left with walking boots & hats & I also but some leggings and a zip top. The young lady on the till was also v helpful, smiley & super quick & efficient. My only suggestion for an improvement is to provide a good full length mirror in sports clothing dept.

There was a helpful employee Amy on the till.

What superstars Ceri & Helen were today. Initially started as a phone query with Ceri about vegan food & ended up collecting at store with Helen. Both of whom couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, kind & friendly. So very much appreciated. This is why speaking on phone/shopping in store with service orientated warm human beings is so valuable. Also bought extra items when there. TYSM ladies.

Went in to looks for some work boots and found what I was looking for and managed to get them half the price due to having a member card so was a win win

Click an collect was easy. Staff helpful and product was great.

Went to Go Outdoors Swindon for a last minute panic buy of things for a tropical expedition. We found most things we needed and got some great help from Jay who advised us on a new 30l day pack and also from other team members whose names we didn’t get, but who helped with trekking trousers and breathable tops. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If I could knock off half a star I would as the women’s selection isn’t as big as the men’s but they still had a good choice. Will definitely make the trip there again.

Always great stock and a good sale on at the moment. Excellent and friendly service from Olivia.

Swindon Go Outdoors - amazing staff! Completely new to camping I was lucky enough to have Tom look after us! Tom took the time to explain what we needed, what he'd recommend, showed us options depending on budget, what we wouldnt need, cheaper deals, Etc. Highly recommend the Swindon store for stocked options and staff.

Amy who was on the till was very helpful and friendly . I use Go Outdoors a lot and always find the items I’m after in a very well laid out store .

Customer service provided by Morgan in Cycle repairs was second to none.
Morgan dealt with our bike problem today very efficently, and ensured we left the store with a fully repaired and serviced bike.
Morgan also offered sound advice and reasurance re chain specifications, and also demonstated the key componants of the bike. Very happy customers.

The satff were really helpful and the products were much better quality than in Decathlon where I usually shop (here in Poland).

My mum & I came to get a new tent. Everything was so easy to find, very clean & loved having some out on display it really helped us to make sure we chose the correct one for our needs. The membership prices are so worthwhile doing, saved so much money and ended up buying extras because of the value. We were helped by Poppy both in the tent area & at the tills. She was so lovely and made the experience seamless. You helped some rather stressed ladies make their camping trip much easier.
