Went to Stockton go outdoors it was terrible then when I went to Sunderland the service there is much better and the staff at Sunderland knew what they were talking about and Nathan helped a lot with carp fishing.

I was served by Poppy today, not the first time. This is a wonderful young woman who goes out of her way to help you. Quick with a smile and a very warm personality. On this visit, we were also helped by Drew, again fantastic knowledge of stock, very polite and quick to help with a smile. Both of these young people are an absolute credit to the company.
