Harry did a great job, first on the phone, then at the store. Clear, keen, active manner. A pleasure to deal with. Sadly, he and his manager were selling me the wrong product, and I drove for two hours only to find the part didn't fit. In talking to several GO stores trying to put this right, I found a wide variety of abilities, so when you do find a Harry in Stoke, or a Tom in Shrewsbury, appreciate them.

I had to return a tent which had an issue with the small porch air beam. Josh B and his manager Jo were extremely understanding and helpful and offered to either swap over the individual air beam or exchange the entire tent whichever I preferred. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and despite the small issue with the porch the tent which is a Berghaus 600xl is an excellent tent and very good value for money.

Paul in the fishing department was very helpful and helped my son get setup for his first fishing experience. Very knowledgeable and no question was too much!, even provided a diagram so we did not forget!.

We visited the store to purchase camping essentials, for our first time camping. Some items for bundles had sold out, however Harry was brilliant, reassuring and explained what to do next.

The young lady helped me out with what I needed and the young man that served me on the counter was very polite and helpful.

All staff were very helpful, particularly Clare the manager and Jaydon on the till. The pricing of my purchases didn’t go through correctly, but both staff members were quick to rectify to ensure I received the correct price.

Came into store this afternoon to get some camping stuff and we purchased some items we were served by a lovely lad called Tom who was really nice his colleague called Rory also helped with a discount as we had a display item and the manager kindly gave us a discount so we where really happy love this store always so welcoming and friendly really nice friendly store highly recommend it here x
