Tom was amazing !!!!
Tom was really helpful when trying on riding boots he was kind and had great customer service. He was really chatty which made the whole thing a really lovely experience. It was definitely the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time.

This store on festival park managed by Jo has never failed to offer first class service for the last 12 years that I can remember.
Jo runs a tight ship and her staff are a credit to her leadership.
However busy she is she never fails to smile, help, and have time for you. She goes out of her way to ensure you leave the store happy.
In terms of management, she could teach many people how to steer a ship!

Go outdoors is a great store for all of your outdoor pursuits, from clothing to equipment wether that be hiking, camping or even fishing. It caters for it all.
Its great to see all items out on display including tents which gives a better perspective of what you are actually buying such as size and quality.
Even better still, if you become a member for just a measly price you can have huge savings and also able to buy bundles which reduces the cost even more than their already great and competitive prices.
On my visit they had everything I wanted and more. I would highly recommend Go Outdoors and more so becoming a member so you can take advantage of their amazing offers.

My tent was bought as a gift some time back and 1 of the poles broke recently. Jo said she would sort it and she did within the time frame she had stipulated. Recently had a great experience with Clare when purchasing a coat. Very helpful, knowledgeable and helped entertain my toddler. Great team. Thank you GoOutdoors.

Happy purchase of walking shoes
The lady, Theresa, that served us was very helpful and patient. My mum tried on several pairs of shoes due to problems with her feet and Theresa, was determined to find her something......and she did! Good choice in shoes in the store and it's a good job there was!

Brought a new tent
Brought a new tent, whist we were looking we asked about the berghaus 600xl Nightfall and the porch, which Joel D was very helpful and informative. We went down to pay where Josh D was very helpful and very welcoming with our purchase.

Returning a faulty Tent
Unfortunately had to return a Vango item due to a fault! The till and floor staff were once again great. Cheerful, helpful and informative at the same time trying to deal with shoplifters as usual. We came away with a replacement, so we will still be needing future camping equipment from yourselves. They helped to secure a good customer.

Came here today to fishing republic..how disappointing,shelves empty & waited about 15 minutes for a staff member,when they arrived besides smelling strongly of cigarette smoke the attitude was one of “I don’t order things “,a truly dissatisfying experience & left with only a couple of items because of no stock.
