I asked Lee for advice on a rucksack I was looking at for travelling. He gave me tips on how it should fit when fully packed and told me what actions I should take with an online order issue I had. He was so very knowledgable and I can imagine a great asset to the store.

Great products and great quality. Price is according to quality which is fine.Im happy with everything I bought with no issues on quality and price. Only beef I had was the delivery of the items were split into 3 separate deliveries which caused me to have to be at home for deliveries on different days.Maybe they could improve on that in the near future.

Mens bike
I normally use Halfords to buy bikes but I thought of having a change and Go Outdoors is a lot closer to me.I ordered and paid for the bike online and within a day or so they contacted to say it was ready.The polite gentleman was just finishing off the checks and that was it, I was off.Im taking it back in 6 weeks for a free check up.
I'm pleased with the purchase and service I have had so far , will continue to use this store.
