We visited the shop last week on Sunday just before they were closing and she was so helpful. Talked me through the membership process and she also gave me refund as I initially paid the full price on my purchase that day !

Exemplary young saleswoman…
I went in to the store to find walking shoes and socks. A young girl called Euella asked if she could help me. She operated the x-ray machine to check on the correct size and type of product for me. I tried several pairs and chose some Merrells which seemed comfortable. She was extremely helpful and polite.

Great trip to go outdoors
Great trip to go outdoors, good stock, the staff were super friendly, and it was the redbull x Yeti party which was cool! Milly was super friendly at the checkout, and there was big smiles all round.

Nathan well done great service!
Nathan was really good. Approachable when needing Help, couldn’t fault his service. I’m walked in knowing what I wanted but needed abit more information on the tent I needed. I brought the EH sendero 4 needed. Blow up bed and a camping chair have the rest of the stuff. Helped me where needed and gave me the best comfortable experience in go outdoors I needed.
