Tricia was great!
Tricia was very helpful, informative, and patient, even when I misunderstood the promotion. Also, Tricia explained the benefits of being a member- so I joined.

Excellent Customer Service
On my most recent visit to the Llandudno shop , I was assisted by Tricia who had a keen knowledge of the wide range of hiking shoes and was helpful and patient in me trying out various models.Nothing was to much trouble and assisted me greatly in making the right decision.
Designated area and space for trying out shoes which is important.

Boots - just the job 👍
Popped into store looking for a lighter weight walking boot for the summer months. Didn’t see anything that took my fancy until Martin pointed out a pair of women’s Merrell boots that were on a special offer, always a bonus. He offered some very useful tips on getting the right size, bit of a walk round and boots feel really good. Always been happy with Merrell footwear in the past & sale was done. Thanks to Martin for his assistance.
