I'd like to praise Sarah in Go Outdoors, Keswick.
I'd like to praise Sarah. I dropped in to the Keswick shop because I've been looking at back packs for a trip to Nepal but I didn't want anything enormous/ top loading as I'm probably going to take a suitcase as well. I found a back pack that I thought would be perfect. Sarah let me try it on, explained the best order to fasten the straps, showed me how it worked because it's 2 back packs zipped together and put a fairly heavy tent in it so I could feel what it was like with some weight in it. This may be a standard outdoor equipment experience but to me it was exactly what I needed at a level I could understand.

Pricing confusion!!
Bought some sunglasses advertised at both £30/£15 but to buy them at £15, I would have to sign up to the membership club that costs £5 for 12-months - so not impressed with the pricing in-store, really skating around the edge of the consumer rights act.

Really attentive and helpful staff without being creepily over the top.
