Found everything we needed. Served by Kia who was friendly and efficient.

Amazing visit, Hubby needed some stuff for tramping in his truck. We were served by Chad at the Gloucester branch, he was so kind and helpful. Found my lost go outdoors card online, so we could have the club discount. Like I said amazing service and very kind staff.

George was super patient and helpful whilst I chose some replacement hiking shoes.

@Chad was a massive help with finding tents and accessories, he utilised the companies sales to give me a lot more product for far less then my budget

@patrick was also a gem on the tills very understandable of the 2 toddlers and the autistic teen, great service all round

Great service by the young man in charge of footwear, I tried some footwear on and unfortunately they were too big, I carried on shopping and he later came and found me saying he found some that might be my size,i tried them and they were a great fit.Also got a nice discount at the till, Cheers Kia,Poppy, George

Kia was fantastic , unreal customer service and she was so friendly. She’s a real credit to the company and I will likely come back to buy all of our 4 children’s hiking boots due to Kia. Very happy with the wetsuits and with the quick delivery service and subsequent return - bought 3 x wetsuits knowing 2 would fit the 2 people that needed and 1 could be returned to the shop

I was looking for a pair of boots suitable for metal detecting over difficult terrain. Chad, the assistant. was knowledable, helpful and honest. He wanted me to leave the shop with the right product for me and not just sell a pair of boots.

Chloe helped me find a pair of hiking shoes, she was so helpful and patient making sure I had the right size and fit for what I needed with my wide feet! Thank you so much!

Very helpful guys in the Gloucester store helped us out tremendously. Within ten minuetes of us explaining or problem we were sorted and on our way.

Straight forward to do a return of online order items. Very helpful assistant who tried to find out if I could have a refund or replacement of a faulty item however manager said this was not possible because of out of guarantee time frame. Not a surprise to me, but at least the assistant tried.

We were looking for a shelter to replace our very old gazebo. The store is very big and comprehensive. Lucky Libby came to our rescue and found what we were looking for and put it by as we continued looking around. Great customer service. Thank you Libby

George was fantastic today, he was so helpful in helping find a new pair of hiking/running trainers. Unfortunately the ones that I liked were either too small or too big (I'm in between sizes) but George got so many different pairs for me and was very informative. Go outdoors you are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff. Thank you again George.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the team in Gloucester! We had a few tricky issues to sort out with a tent, but Matt, Mat, Chloe, Kia and Ryan were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Thanks so much everyone for all your help! HW Family

Online order was placed with collection stated by 2:55pm the same day in gloucester. I drove over an hour for the specific items only to get there at 4:10pm and no order had even been processed. Staff tried to run around the store to collect the items but collected the wrong tent. Then at 4:30pm got told I had to come back another day. The next day my tent part of the order had been cancelled and refunded where the other 2 items still were ready. Had to order a new tent which I could've had at a closer store but still had to go back again to get the new items.

Brilliant service thank you. Was served by Kia and a newer member of the team. Both were so helpful and kind and made me feel heard and supported in my pre-camping anxiety shop. Extra thank you to Kia for supporting and educating me when it comes to checking our gas levels and how to help next time. Would 100% recommend to others as a place to get great advice. Well stocked store and very helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Purchased everything I had visited the store for. Kia on the checkout was particularly helpful, courteous and professional. She is a credit to Go Outdoors.
