Harry and Cody were really helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!

We were served on Sunday 19th July by Sam T. He was very helpful and even offered to carry our heavy tent to the car .

We popped in for a T-shirt and left with three. There was a good stock of gear in my husband’s size and we were served by Summer who was friendly and very helpful. She opened up a fitting room so he could try things on and served us at the till when we had made our choice.
Summer was great! We both very much enjoyed our shopping experience and will definitely be back soon.

Larry was really helpful and patient. He made sure I bought the correct product for me, and I was completely clueless so he was super helpfuland knowledgeable. 10/10.

We had difficulty in finding the camping fridge we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the one we wanted wasn't in stock. We spoke to a member of staff, Harry, he helped us to find something similar . He was very helpful abd kind.

We had a customer, we had a service person called Lewis, who helped us with finding my daughter some walking routes. He went up and beyond the requirement needed by staying with US for an hour and getting as lots of different shoes and sizes. It was polite and helpful and very, very courteous.

Harry really helped us, going out of his way to sort out an issue with returning an item and then helping us find the other things we needed to buy in store. Thank you!

Customer service provided by Lewis was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right walking shoes and showed incredible lived experience which was very reassuring, thankyou Lewis!

Igor at the Exeter Go Outdoors was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to point me in the right direction with fishing and answered all of my questions.

Spent over £300 and got discont with go card,but got none with the caravan and motorhome club,beware

This was my first visit to Go Outdoors Exeter, to buy my first pair of walking boots. I was served by Alfred who was approachable, friendly and very helpful. He gave me advice and knew his stuff. I felt as if I was in good hands and was very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to the amazing way Alfred took care of me today, I'm now going to become a member and shop here again.

Summer was a really good sales assistant. We had issues getting the Klarna to work but she handled it really well.

Took my grandson to buy fishing hooks and bait. We are complete beginners, Robbie talked us through what we needed and taught us both, in great detail, how to use the equipment, even how to knot the hook onto the line, easy to follow instructions, giving me and my grandson confidence which enabled him to have a wonderful afternoon fishing! Thankyou for your time, support and expert knowledge!

I went in to GoOutdoors and wanted to browse. In many stores like this, the staff are pretty apathetic and don’t really engage. A young lady passed me to Harry, who was very knowledgeable about roof tents and boxes. Sam helped me with tables and a fridge and Alfred - who was on the checkout - was superb. They were all engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful and any store would benefit from having staff like those at GoOutdoors Exeter. Well done to all and thanks.

At your Exeter, Marsh Barton, branch I was assisted by one of the Store Colleagues called Larry to purchase hiking boots. He was super helpful and used previous customer experiences to aid me in buying boots that suit my needs. I eventually decided to go up size and am genuinely very happy with my choice.
