Was looking for 2 camping chairs and…
Was looking for 2 camping chairs and appeared to only be the one on display left. Julia was having none of that and checked all the stock on the floor then all the displays and we had accepted that we would nt get them and carried on with our shopping. Julia never gave up she searched through the back and she came back with 2 chairs just before we left the shop. Well done Julia, some people would just say "no sorry there's none left". But not her, well done Julia. And Thank you very much.

Seamless transaction, ordered and aid on line. Confirmation followed with collection instructions. Went to my local store in Erdington , where my order was ready for me. Staff were very helpful .

Super service
Ordered two camping chairs online. Very easy and prompt response. Easy pick up in store and two very friendly and chatty ladies to help us. Great service. Chairs are top notch. Am thinking of buying more as both daughters mega impressed.
